I'm starting this topic, because I'm curious about the level of the training staff of the Slovenian managers. To get strong youth players, you need to have a good youth trainer in your staff. And to train the players well, it's very usefull to have a strong head coach plus assistants.

In this thread we can talk about the staff and the salaries. If you want, you can copy-paste your staff and we can have a discussion or give advise to each other.

I will start with my staff (level and salary)

Youth coach:
magical (EUR 43700)

Head coach:
magical (EUR 39475)

Assistants:
brilliant (EUR 30900)
brilliant (EUR 29425)
brilliant (EUR 29200)

Looking at the staff of other teams in Nederland, this is not the best staff you can have. Some teams have also 3 magical assistants (and sometimes unearthly youth and head coach).

What about the Slovenian managers? As U21 manager I'm offcourse the most interested in your youth coaches :-)

I think the problem with staff is not so important. The biggest problems is no training conception and any plans for future.

For example now I know what, who and why I will train next three season. According to this plan I make a transfer and it is not possible to spoil any player.

If you don´t know what is spoiled player look at Alfred Murko and Gerrard Jereb, their owner training only defending and without any respect to their needs. In 23 years they are superdivine defenders with very good pace, than logikal way is change at pace training. But he cant, he continue with defending than now in 25 they are the same superdivine defenders with very good pace.

Well, I think the level of the youth coach is important in the first place. If teams have only an excellent youth coach for example, there is less chance to get really good players from your youth.

For me it's important to get as good players as possible from the youth. Second step is the training, which should also be considered as important offcourse. But some of the players are already sold then, so they're even not in Slovenija anymore to be trained...
