The NT season is over. We finished with a very lucky win against South Africa today...

I saw there was some discussion with hammza in my NT-topic? Would you like to have a Slovenian manager next season for the NT? I would like to see that :-) It's only friendlies next season (and the Mini WC), so a good opportunity to learn about the NT. Most important is to pick your friendlies wisely in order to keep the good ranking (top-48) and get a place in pot 3 for the next WC qualifiers...

Results so far are very good, although we played very often against weaker opponents. I brought the team back to a solid place in the national team rankings (43. at the moment), so Slovenija will be in the 3rd pot for the WCQ draw.

I'm not sure yet, but I don't think I will continue as NT coach. Are there any (Slovenian) managers interested to take over?

Romania is one of the strongest countries in sokker and Colombia is also too strong for Slovenija. Island is a bit weaker, but could make life difficult in the race for 3rd place. Misr and Iran should be 12 points from the 4 games against them...
