Hi all. tought it might be useful (?) to post some info on my training and players from school.

Not sure exactly what i am doing, heh, in regard to long term strategy (and for many other things, i dare add).

Mainly i only managed to get to the point of stable finances (i.e. -30K per week). And every trained player sold is a bonus :). Having problems with tactics, with getting a good attacker, etc.

first we have to do sth. about effectivity of training and financial stability...
Here is the table of trainers salary, when it is stil ok and when you pay for them too much:

I will try to translate the most important things from it:
11 400 - 15 400 euro is good salary for 12 coach (coach with average level outstanding)
17 800 - 21 400 euro for 13 coach
24 000 - 29 000 euro for 14 coach

etc....

Yes, it is important to know, how much players you can train in once...if you are training pace, every player, who plays, has a training...so you can train 22 players every week...if you train defending, you can train 2x5 players every week.... So it is bad idea to have more than 22 players - I guess.

And it is bad idea, to have young players from Slovenija, who have some qualities and arent trained on the skills, they need... I guess that deff training for Hribar isnt best idea

about tactics :D The best way how to be good is making new tactic before every match and looking on matches, what has been good and bad....I can send to you every my tactic before NT match also...or you can find some tactics on youtube ;-)

I was looking at those Slovenijan players... It isnt very nice of me to say it, but most of them arent good players and it seems, that they are just blocking your training places...So you are just wasting your money and training capacity with them :-(

I dont know you other players....but if I were you and I wanted to help to Slovenija, I would train technic, playmaking, pace and passing => midfielders....

Hribar, Absec, Sitnik (well, he isnt very good), Logar, Ž. Lorbek (he is striker, so he needs just technic and pace) Rečnik and Nemec.... they could be good for you MID training...


rest might be good (deffenders: D. Lorbek and Jager ) or are useless - so I would try to sell them or kick them, if there will be no one interessted

i wonder if the stats from youth school (how many pops, the way the player progressed and such) tell anything about how good a player will turn out to be?

trainers and their wages - i have that sorted out, but is good info for anyone who doesn't know the wages to look for.

tactics - i've been playing this game a few years, but still know next to nothing about it. come to think of it, it was tactics - the way you command your team - that made me start playing this game. and firstly i spent time learning about it, changing testing whatnot ... then i ended up with relatively nice one and stopped trying new ones. for years. then again this year, i gave it another shot, went trough some 10 or so tactics (using youth team, also playing 2 tactics in same game to compare and such) but all to my big dissapointment and almost grievance. i just can't figure how it works. to me is a mystery (where do they run if in possession of the ball, where when without, should i just keep em in same spot ... ), the more i tried the less i got out of it.

so after i saw the link you've sent me, i think i finnaly see a glimpse of light - thx.

to conclude - thx for your time, will reassess the youths i have in team (prolly sell/sack most), and will dig into tactics (yet again).

-in Slovenija isnt a lot of players, so I know that those bad ones arent so bad at all, but we can not train everyone...there must be some kind of selection...

-yes, pops in youth school should show their talent, but... Most important for me are actual skills...sure, talent is important too (I think that talent 3 is nice)

-honestly...I think you dont need to make new tactics in your league...but good tactic will help you to be more sucesfull....most important for us is to get all the active users into 1st league instead of those unactive, who were banned :-(

But if I were you, I would consider MID training ;-)
