Hello,
my name is Marek and I am from Czech republic. The only foreign language I speak is English and I speak a little bit German and Latin, but I hope it will not be such a big problem for you :-)
Actually I am 20 and I am student of Czech army medicine and of general medicine, so I dont have so much time, but suddendly something has changed and I feel some kind of passion of playing Sokker after some pause :-)

Well I am actually in 4th league, which isnt anything special, but it is due to training....I used to be in 2nd league...My experiences with NT? I used to be Cypriot U21 NT coach for 2 seasons-and I think that I did a good job there, even those something went wrong and on the other hand something went very well (for example win against Portugal or Colombia-I am proud of that)...Moreover I used to help with Czech NT and U21 NT as some kind of assistant or tactical "advisor" :-)

What I want is to try new kind of leading the national team...I know, that your national team is little bit weak and there isnt big chance to continue from group to WC...So, my plan is to use this "free" season to play with about 16 best players in age less than 20years, so they will get some bonus training and they will be abble to "fight" for promotion to WC in qualification, which starts almost next season...

I cant promise you good results this season even next season, but I think it is good way how to clean this gap, which is between your country and another better countries with more managers and youth schools.

But as I have written before, dont expect mirracles of me :-) Its gonna be experiment, because the matches will be played with U20, to give them bonus trainings and to make them ready for next qualification....
I will try to find weak opponents, to have a chance to have a good results, so I hope the rank should stay same at least...

I was talking to your actual coach and he warned be about bad generation, so it is necessary to make a step forward

And I would like to find some friendlies, but I find it unfair against my opponent, because he is still in the game-so I am waiting for votes :-)

My answer to you: Hi! Only the Slovenian coach can find an opponent for friendlies.

Your second SK mail: No, we both can make a decision to find opponent for friendlies :-)
It is just about saying yes ;-) It is better to do it now, then late

Your 3rd SK mail: so, I should wait with arranging friendlies till the end of elections, yes? :-)

So, what is unfair for my part?

Well, I find it disrespectfull against my opponent in elections to arrange friendlies if I am not sure about my victory... But it is good to arrange friendlies as fast as possible
So I have written to you, if is it okay for you, if I will find some friendlies for Slovenija, because it is good to have friendlies done as abble as possible.... I have thought that you will agree, but you have answered sth. strange for me, which I guess means that you dont want me to solve friendlies :-)
So the second mail means, that we both can cooperate on arranging friendlies (both of us can arrange 8 friendlies, or we can argue about every opponent :-) ....etc.)....But you havent written anything, so the third mail means that I am not going to arrange any friendly, so the Slovenian coach can arrange it on his own, after everything will be clear ;-)

So, where is the problem? :-)

Well and I have to say, that I have started to "work" :-)

Two Slovenian players, who looks promising have their Czech owners, so I have their training progress under my control :-)

I want to end this discussion. So:

1. When only one user voted from Slovenian community, your question was a really ridiculous question. In the mid of election campaign, when is possible to enter and win the election other user...
2. Serious NT coaches don't stay in discussion with you to fix friendlies in mid of elections, you having 1 (one) vote!
3. Between my answer and your last SK mail passed 8 minutes. Let you know, I have a little daughter, who at that time should be put to sleep. So, this is more important for me than answer your SK mail.
4. I am the Russian U21 coach and I tell you, you may have the all time in the world to get opponents for friendlies after the end of elections.
5. As Slovenian U21 coach I will start to work immediately when I obtain the majority of the votes, and I will do this as long as I 'm the coach. I don't agree to "work" in election time and stop this when this is over.

Well I think that we have another point of view at this issue :-)

Lets imagine the situation that you or another user will get another vote and my vote will stay :D And after that there will be another more votes...So you will be in the situation, when everyone of us will be in the game and no one will know how many votes he has, so why not to make some kind compromise and solve this issue with friendlies before elections? I think it will not be the problem for you, if you will have friendlies done before the end of elections.... I am studying 2 universities at once, so I know very well, that it is better to make an exams as fast as possible....and in sokker it is the same :-) Why to do something hardly late, when you can do it immediatelly :-)

But I still dont know, where is the problem and why are we talking here on forum?
...We could talk about this via sk-mail, but you have started this useless discussion, just to make an idiot from me or from you? :-) I have just asked you, if I can solve friendlies, you have told, that I cant, so I stopped. There is nothing to talk about and everything written here is just useless ;-)

And this thing with finding Slovenian players Czech owners, who will train them well....I think it isnt bad for anyone, that Slovenia will have perfect GK...just moron can disagree...
but here you can see, that it is better to do sth. as abble as possible than after elections...If I hadnt lookek at the market, this nice GK would be sold to Poland or Romania and he might be just average ;-)

My first matches werent very well done...Kypros had problems with shooting a goal and this is good example... But it lead me to change the tactics and to care about my best strikers training progress=> good experience :-)

Malta was quite a stronger team, they had better strikers etc. I find this victory as my first tactical victory I have had... Just look at those shots...Malta had 14 and Kypros 7...The fact is, that my opponent didnt have any dangerous shot and every shot by Kypros was dangerous, so I find it as a great tactical win :-)

Well, it has been about good tactic and some kind of luck :-) But sokker always help the worse team to score, if the team deserve it :-)

I think in this qualification, Kypros was really close to promotion to WC, but bad luck with teams like Iceland or Republica Dominicana costed us promotion :-( And that is why I dont like matches against worse teams

Anyway, I think I have done a lot of good results for which I could be proud :-)

I know I havent won the elections still, but I think its time to start doing something :-)

So my friend has program to find all the players and their salary...I am going to put those players in order, find those with highest salary and scout them-my friends will help me :-)
Then I want to put those players into NTDB and into excel and let the computer count their points for each position....It should help me to find best players and make some schedule of TOP players :-)

Then I will choose 2, best GKs, 5 best deffenders, 5 best midfielders and 3 best strikers and they will play all the season... It should give them 4-6 extra trainings :-) We will see, what will be the result :-) it should be like 442 + 1 player for each position because of injuries
But I have to think about it, if it is a good idea....Anyway, the schedule has to be done till next friday :-)

I think it isnt anything disrespectfull against my opponent in elections.... It can just help to him ;-)

Friendlies will be solved after elections ;-)

we have a database. NTDB database is not so good only 1-2 updates...
we have an other online excell database.
