Hi guys,
today we are playing with Filipinas.... I guess they have a way better team, but I will try to choose some good tactic, to surprise them.... It is the truth, that they miss about 3 players...And in our team, I can say, that Prestar is finally back after 27 days of beeing injured :-( I will try to give him more minutes, to have him back in better form and tactical discipline....
It is quite interessting with strikers...Skaper is actually better than Lopata, but both play 2 matches in a week in their teams, so they dont need to play in NT for bonus trainings....So I will try Skaper today, I guess Skaper will be used in qualification....
Lutars form is getting higher, so I expect of him to be better as winger, than he used to be, but he needs still some PM (he is 4 actually :-( )
deffenders seems to be ok and with good training right now....

so I hope someone will watch, we are starting at 13:30 today

Today I have to say, that Philipinas were better, they deserved to win and they won...
I see that the tactic which we played wasnt the best idea, especially because Orange didnt have so much space for himself...He was under the pressure all the time and he has low technic...bad idea...he should be more on side next time...
the idea with winger was good idea, but Lutar is still dumbass :D
And defenders werent playing good today, but I understand, that we were playing on wide and long pitch, so it was hard for them....thats why I prefer playing on our stadium

Sad thing is, that I cant find 2nd good striker... well, Sapa is great, especially with 18 form, but without him, there is no one to score... I was trying every player, but I dont know about anyone to play with Sapa...Maybe we should play 541 or 451 in the future...I guess there are more good midfielders, so why not to try this kind of tactic....but it will be work for next coach in qualification...my goal is to prepare U20 generation...and I hope I am doing it well

Next week we are playing against Vietnam...it will be quite complicated :-)

I have just came from mountains (Sněžka is our biggest one and it has 1602m.....sometimes I would like to visit Triglav btw.)
So today is match against vietnam, important for me is training, so this is the reason, why play players with not the best form (Koren)....
I tried to choose some tactic which gives us chance, but lets be a little bit realistic :-)
anyway I hope it will be nice game and no one will be injured

Today I am a little bit angry, because we played good and until 85th minute it was 0:0....and we got a goal from the corner :-( 5 minutes more and it would be such a nice draw.... It shows, how stamina is important and I hope it will be trained in the pause between seasons....
I see that Novak isnt best striker too....he had one big chance and he totally fucked it :D But yes, it would be such a big luck to shot a goal from 1 chances :D
I will not change the squad much, but in qualification should Skaper get a chance as striker

fuuuu they were playing U21....so its contumation and we have won :D (at least from my point of view)....but rank is in ass :-(

I see, that there are some players, who play in NT and 2 times in their team...it is good, sure, but it doesnt have sense for me to give bonus trainings to them :D So I will try to find some players for bonus trainings and play with some B team....I would like to see some new players who arent bad at all....Cankar, Bukovnik, Bernik, Pavlič Feliks, Skaper....maybe Mariborec could play....I hope I will not lost :D Rank is imporant too

tomorrow we are playing against Albania.... It is unbelievable, but I did my first exam (second is still in progress), so I found some time to make a new tactic :O It will be 343. I have never played anything like that, but it might be at least interessting and I hope it will work too....
I will try to let some new players, to prove that they can be usefull in qualification too, so our team will be a little bit weaker, but I hope it will not be such a big problem...
And we havent scored for such a long time, so I hope 3 strikers will finally change it

Well, todays tactic which looks like dick didnt work bad at all... we have won 4:1 against quite strong def line so the idea with 3 strikers worked...but actually I dont know, which one should be number 2, because every one had a goal :D it is even interesstig, that shoots were 10:9 for Albania, but they didnt have any chance-lol :D
The only thing, which drives me mad is that Prestar is injured again and it is again for such a long time... :-( It is really sad :-(

today we are facing australia...Because I have an exam soon and this fcking book has about 800 A4 pages :D I have to study a bit :-) So I didnt have time to put there new tactic...But I hope this one could work as well.... Australia is a bit stronger, but not so much, so if we want to be sucesful in qualification, we should be abble to beat teams like Phiilipinas or Australia....

OK, today it wasnt the best match...i am sorry for the result...they were better, but our strikers had some chances, so 1:1 was possible result...
But the good new is that we had finally mark over 45 which is good, but...it isnt much, you know... And with good tactic, I believe we would win, so we have to be lucky and have good group in qualification and focus on our u18, which will be the best generation for ages...it means we have to do a lot of work with those players

today we are playing against South Africa.... I think we should win this match, or it will be a fail...

Hm,
today it wasnt the best match.... Our players are really bad.... I especially hate Lutar, Pintar and Urlep....they dotn have playmaking, so they are losting balls often or they are passing back to deffenders (we lost some breaks because of it)
And this own goal isnt really my mistake....

But it is truth that South Africa surprised me with this high 5 deffenders....

Eventhought Sapa had 2 chances 1v1 (Sapa vs GK).... and he didnt score...I think he should score against GK with mark

I dont know why, but when I play against weaker teams with 4 or 5 deffenders, it ends up bad for me....like in match against South Africa... So lets play "the dick tactic" again and lets make some deep penetration :P
