Hi guys!

I'm here to fight for the position of the coach of your U21 national team. I was discussing this decision with Marek0090 a lot of times. He wanted me to take part in the election a season before, but I rejected his proposal.

However, now I decide to take part and briefly tell you why. First, we have to go back in the time. I already have some national experience. I was elected as the coach of Czech NT. Before that I was working as assistant coach, tactical advisor and scout with Czech managers Din0 and Wal-Mart as they were coaching Czech U21 team. That lasted for 4 seasons. Then I came back to the Czech NT as a tactical advisor of Wo-10.
After these seasons which I was connected to the my country's national teams I decided to try in somewhere abroad. And I took part in the elections in the Netherlands and led their U21 for another 4 seasons!
Then I lost a motivation a little bit, but a few seasons ago I started to logging in more and more again now I'm fully back on the road. I stabilized my team and yesterday I won a qualification and advanced into the higher league.

So that's it. I want to lead your U21 the similar way as Marek did, in the upcoming season I will be giving opportunities to younger players and then I want to have a success in World Cup Qualification next season!

Hi guys.
It's time for my fisrt match in the seat :) Today we are playing Slovakia, and both teams will have their U20 squads on the field by the agreement. As I said it's my first match and I don't know what to expect from the players exactly, so this will be something like test what I can afford in the tactics and what not. Hopefully, you will enjoy the match which starts on 19:29 sk-time!

So, the first game is behind us. I'm quite satisfied how it worked today on the pitch. We didn't deserve to lose this one. We conceded a bit unlucky goal from quite a distance and we had more chances to score than Slovakia. On the other hand, I saw some mistakes in the tactic so I believe it will go better next week :)

Yesterday we defeated Morocco 4-1, but I still didn't liked the game much... Anyway, it was important victory, which added about 30 points to our ranking and we are now sitting in the 63rd position.

Next match will be the start of U20 Mini World Cup and in the 1st round our opponent is going to be Switzerland. I expect very difficult match, but we definitely aren't without chances.

I think it is good result against Morocco... Switzerland is way harder, but I think that with big amount of luck we could surprise them :-) or at least improve our rank

Today we are playing the 1st round of U20 Mini World Cup. Our opponent is Switzerland, which is considered as one of the strongest team of the tournament so it will be very difficult... We can only hope in some miracle, which I believe will come :) The match starts 19:29 sk-time.
