Subject: [NT]Team Situation

I analized a situation in team.
And it dont looks optimistic..

Forwards
Only one formation in which we have realy good players, and some young talents under good training.

Midfielders
We do not have any complete player at this position!!
We have players with very high value becouse of high playmaking skill. But sokker is not hattrick. Player with high one or two skills will not be realy usefull..

I think in NT we need players like this:

wingers:
minimum: solid pace, solid passing, average technique, solid playmaking.
defending is additional bonus

inners
minimum: good pace, solid passing, good technique, excellent playmaking
defending is big bonus.

defencive midfielders
minimum: solid defending, solid playmaking, adequate passing, very good pace.

We need players with better skills than that - there are only the min. skills, the players I need cant have lower skills than I write, but must have some higher!! (for example - in winger have only solid passing, he must have higher other skills - pace, playmaking...)

We have only 3 players who meets this requirements, but all are not realy mutch better than minimums..


Defenders
Our worst formation.. We dont have complete players, we dont even have players with high defending skill.
And it will be hard to improve, becouse I cant see any realy good prospect..

The situation is not good.. Without good defenders it will be very hard to play with strong opponents. We cant play with 3 defenders - they are to weak, and we don't have more to set more defencive tactic.. (Look at match with Suomi).

There are two kind of defenders, and there are requirements:

Central defender
minimum: formidable defending (but is shoud be brillant to stop the better teams), good pace, average playmaking, average passing. Technique is big bonus.

Wingback
minimum: excellent defending, excellent pace, average playmaking, average passing.

And as with midfielders, there are only minimums..

We have 3 (one with low stamina) players who meets this requirements - but no player who is clearly better then this.

Goalkeepers
We do not have any star player here. We have some not bad players, but other national teams usually have better..
Good keeper needs 3 skills:
Goalkeeping, pace and passing (first two are more important)


Stamina is very important for all players. With low stamina, I must do a changes, and I have only 3..


conclusion

We need to change a training methods to improve our team. We need multiskilled players!!
I prefere player with 3 excellent skills rather than player with one divine and two weak...

We need one person to traing star goalkeeper - its the easiest training.

And I need to talk (mail) with users whoi trains defenders - please mail me!

We have a little problem.

We will play Poland in WC elimination this weekend.
Poladn for the first time in history will play with thair best players.
In this situation the most probable result is ~ 20-0.

What it means...
With goal difference after this match we have no chance to go over Uruguay in the table... (I think we're going to have the same number of points at the and of qualification)

We have two possibilities.

1. Play this match, loose, and than pray for miracle (Uruguay loss with one of the bottom team)

2. Give Poland this match free (the score only 5-0) and still have the chance to beat Uruguay.

I'm not suggesting any option.
I'm just asking you for your opinion.
Its your NT, so you have to decide.

We have 18yo in NT.
His owner didn't logged for more than 30 days.
I think its possible to list him soon.

I talked with Tony (polish coach)
And I change the tactic..
I set the squad for todays match, but he promised me to play the same way with Uruguay.

I think its the better and fair option.

Eno samo jokanje. To da nimamo dobrih igralcev sem že napisal pred dvema sezonoma.

Treba je nekaj narediti z obstoječimi igralci. To je isto kot naša realna NT.

Vsi bi radi imeli ekipo kot so brazilci, argentinci..., kjer po mili volji izbiraš med zelo dobrimi igralci.

Če primerjam dosedanje delo je vse skupaj pod nivojem, ki sem ga pričakoval od selektorja.

Se pravi: Za dosedanji neuspeh največjo krivdo nosi selektor sam.

hehe in kak ste si želeli tujca.

pa še ko sem gledal kake igralce hoče sem se vprašal, kje jih bo pa dobil, saj v prvi ligi ne igrajo samo slovenski igralci.

I'm sorry, I can't understand all what you have said. (only a few)..

I don't know about his skills..
His owner didn't answered my mails.
(I think he resigned from sokker)
He didn't log in for over month.

But I calculate this keeper should be ~incredible with some pace or passing.

He will be listed by GM this evening.
(starts from 1zl)


If you want to sell a GK the best way is to show one in transfers forum and find a buyer.
Prices are very different..

Today I agreed a transfer for 2mln euro for magical keeper with excellent pace and passing.

If you want to sell your keepers its good to train higher pace.

I think Drumlak and De Wulf are worth 1-1,3 mln. (but I'm not an expert on TL)
