Pekos to All

Hello. My name is Łukasz, I'm 40 years old, originally from Poland, but I’ve been living in Norway for 11 years. Since childhood, I’ve been a fan of the Lech Poznań football team.

I’ve been part of SK practically since 2006, with some breaks. My last break was mandatory, as I had to pay for the "sins" of multi-accounting. Now I’m back with a clean slate and a positive attitude. The opportunity to manage a national team is the essence of this game for me and brings me the most enjoyment. I’m happy to have ended up here, as I see a lot of great work to be done and plenty of challenges ahead. There aren’t many of us here, so I’m aware that the task will be more difficult, and there won’t be an army of young players available.

The forum is quiet, but I hope a few people will want to read what I write from time to time. If not, I’ll just write to myself! :D

SiwyKoks has done an incredible job and came very close to reaching the third pot in the rankings, which would significantly increase the chances of a historic qualification for the World Cup. I know that he wanted to achieve this, but the draws weren’t kind to him, and of course, it’s tough to accomplish such a feat when starting from lower pots. I don’t yet know the players or the potential of the team I’m inheriting, but I believe that with this team, the plan can be carried out—namely, playing to reach the third pot (48th place).

I’m giving myself three seasons here to secure qualification for the World Cup, of course, assuming I’m re-elected. :) Working with the U21 team in a country with a small community requires training homegrown players, so I’ll be focusing on that as well. I’m really happy to be here. Best regards!

Thank you, szpicu. I believe you will continue training Slovenians, some of whom you have surely already developed for Slovenia.

The most important thing is not to throw away young players (16-18 years old) if there's no visible option for training them. It's better to put them on the TL (transfer list). I have 9 free slots, and I’ll try to work with what’s available.

I bought one Slovenian player from SiwyKoks. Recently, one player was thrown out—right now, he’s suitable for the "trash," but I could try to make a goalkeeper out of him. Currently, the U18 generation is very weak

Pekos welcome. As Orange said, i'll try to contribute with my newly opened junior school to produce more Slovene youth players.

Good luck!

Thank you :D, the quartet Kos, Ulaga, Rus, and Albreht will be very important next season in the qualifiers. It’s great that you’ll keep developing them! :)

I'm curious to see what you'll do with Ulaga...:)

Salvador 2:1Slovenia

An unsuccessful debut, we lose even though a draw would have been fair. Our goalkeeper's lack of speed resulted in 2 goals for Salvador—both from similar situations where their striker reached the ball faster. There are some weak points in this team. Well, it is what it is, we move forward.

Two players from the bots made their debut at the end of the match.

Sinji has 2 goalkeepers (19 and 18 years old). I asked yesterday if he has them in his slots; if not, I can buy them.
