Subject: Youth school - Average level
- 1
Hi guys, I'm making a study to (try to) understand the trend of the youth average level.
The idea is that if you have an high school average level ain't easy that the incoming juniors will have a skill level higher than the general school level, but the system "compensate" that giving you for example 2 guys with skill level smilar to your average school level and 2 "weak" guys.
another idea (not proved) is that the "weak" guys, after their stay in the school, will come out with the same skill level than the average school level (for example, solid average level; a poor guy, 25 weeks with 5 weeks talent. he will come out solid after 25 weeks).
I'd like to verify these hypothesis; if you want to help me, simply post on saturdays the guys arrived (also the rejected), how many trainees you have before and after the update and the school average level.
I think it is really important to study this trend for the grow of a nation and we began also in Italy. I'd like to involve also other countries.
thanks to everybody. :)
