Hello Slovenija!
I'm manager Demont and I'm 23 years old. My team ended 19th in The Netherlands this season. I'm a defender trainer and know a lot about defensive tactics.
I chose to be a candidate in Slovenia, because the great potential of this country. Slovenia has some very strong players and with the right tactics it should be possible to qualify for the World Cup. I think defence is the weakest part of the Slovenian National Team and therefore I could be the right manager to help you!
Besides that, I'll try to create more enthusiasm for the National Team among the Slovenian managers.
So vote for me and the Slovenian National Team will become better!
(I don't have Plus at this moment, but I will purchase this in a week).

I realy believe Slovenia got the players and that I've got the tactical know-how to qualify the NT for the World Cup, but I'm getting the feeling that you don't want a foreigner to be the NT coach. I'll for sure involve the Slovenian managers in the NT. I need scouts and at least one assistant...
I need also help with the NT Database. I saw Strus made on, but I'm not sure if it's still used? A good Database is very important for a NT, it's the future of the National Team.
I'll also be more active at the forum. Every match will be discussed (line up, tactics). Besides that, I've planned to organize contests in the forum. As a price, the winner may select one of his players to join the NT for one friendly match :)

I analyzed some World Cup qualifying matches and it's quite clear: defence is the weakest part of the Slovenian NT. Therefore, it's very important to play a solid tactic. Don't play too far from your own goal with the defence. Def mids are also very important: they have to be perfect positioned to stop the most attacks of the opponent.
Further I saw there has never been played with wingers in the last matches. A good positioned winger is realy hard to defence. In the improved matchengine, wingers has become even more important, so I should always play with a winger. If you're playing with one winger, you could switch the side he's playing from in different matches (from the right or the left side). That makes it realy hard to predict for your opponent where to put a defender at the sideline.
Set pieces and throw ins are also very important in sokker. You could score and prevent goals with the right positioning. Therefore it's important to analyze your opponent in a very serious way.
The Slovenian NT is quite strong. There are some marvelous players in the midfield and attack. With good tactics and some fortune it must be possible to qualify for the World Cup.
It's very important to have a national coach that puts a lot of time and effort in the National Team. Analyzing opponents, making tactics, looking for new players and communicating with the Slovenian managers will take quite much time of the national coach. It's a very serious job if you want to get the right results. You should spent more than 10 hours a week...I hope everyone is considering this.
I've got the time (because I'm a student :P) and I will put the effort in the National Team to reach the optimum results!

I'm glad to see I've got at least one vote :)
But still no questions...There are 80 Slovenian managers, but just a few seems to be interested in the NT.
The next NT coach should realy try to change this...
