-JiGen- [del] to All
Hi boys have run for the national one, I would want really to have a possibility to show you that I am good, and that the national one can do really well.
also ask some questions to verify my preparation and my desire to conquer you!!!

Maybe you should show that you're a good manager by doing well with your own team before you waste our time!

You're in italian divison 5, why do you even think you got anything to do as a national manager? You have no experience with quality players, and no merits as a manager. I can see NO reason to cast a vote for you.

do try to prove me wrong.

I would very much like to not be conquered by you.

I think that you are right, I am not very experienced and they are in 5 divisions in italia, however I am tactically good and I assure you that I can do very well, give me a possibility please

I don't want to ruin this election for you, but I can list a few reasons why you're very unlikely to win.

The current coach brought the national team to the world cup, and the current consensus is that he should be given the chance to lead the team through the championship as well.

Most who pay attention to the national team thinks he's proven strong tactical abilities, and while he has made some mistakes, and he has been his own strongest critic, he appears to have learned a lot. This experience can be nothing but an advantage in the upcoming championship.

The only way a candidate can compete with this would be through proving that he's already a better tactician than the current coach. This can only be done through experience at the same level, and no form of club experience can match real national team experience, for various reasons.

Another major disadvantage you have is your nationality. You don't speak Norwegian, our main language, and thus do not appeal to those who's English isn't too strong. Also, most Norwegians master English rather well, and we tend to consider candidacies where poor English is used, and this, I'm afraid, would include yours, to be unwanted. The current coach has done a great job at communicating with the community and without Norwegian it's hard to do that as well, and when your English isn't the best either it's practically impossible. It's just too much hassle for people to read poorly written English.

The last point is that you just don't seem qualified. Fifth division in Italy would never give you the broad tactical experience that the national team needs.

You can remedy these options in several ways, none of which are easy.

1. Get a Norwegian co-coach. He can communicate with the community, and he can make you much more appealing to the voters through his nationality.

2. Get experience at a higher level. This would probably signify becoming an assistant for another national coach. For someone in the lower divisions this is probably the only way to get and prove tactical prowess.

3. Get better English.

Point 1 and 3 can most efficiently be remedied through running in Italy, and your best shot at becoming a NT coach is through an alliance with someone more experienced.

Hello, it make please me that you are interested you me!! Above all I had gia thought to take on a translator and also a person in charge to the communications, then in my staff there people of series is raised like the 4 and the 3 Italian series. It is itself true we is not very expert but I am secure that if you will give us the possibilita we will do a lot well. For how much it pertains the old coach, if had to for pure case to win would make please to have me it like deputy.

If you are so sure that you will do a good work for Norway, why not try to get the Italian NT-job? Of course you can try to get the job for the Norwegian NT, but i don't think anybody who are playing in Norway want's to get a manager from Italy without any experience from others NT.

Good luck, but i don't think you will get so much votes from people her.

Che figo! Un altro che parla italiano! :p

Anyhow, to Jacopo:
The only reason why I bother to give you an advice at all is because you're Italian and I love Italy and Italians (studied in Bologna for a year). However, you won't win this one whatever you do about assistants. You're much better off trying to find someone who would make you his assistant and then spend as much time trying to learn from that period.

Also, your last game was far from perfect tactically. You should learn from your opponent :)
