1. Why do you want to run for the Norwegian National Team job?

2. Why should we vote for you, and not anyone else? What makes you special?

3. How are you going to get Norway to the World Cup?

4. What will you do to keep the contact with the norwegian users?

1)Norge is a nation "average".I think that there are the best conditions to do a good job from a motivated and competent manager as it is easier to fail to comparison of the biggest nations where an any decent manager can get some good results.
This is a beautiful challenge!!

2)I am not a magician!I believe only to have the correct experience,the right motivations,the right enthusiasm to do well.

3)Only making the possible best.
Selecting and looking all the players,not only choosing the best but the most proper for the select tactic. we will have to play every game to the best one only at a time;we will have to be strong with the weak and weak with the strong.we will have to propose some tactics offensive and other defensives every time that we face a different national team.

I believe that the Norway can reach the sokker world cup otherwise I would not run me.

4)in case of victory i will need some help!!
We will have to organize a database with the best Norwegian players.I will need 1-2 scouts for every role(GK,DIF,MID,ATT),some player that can observe the various championships to find proper players.
Italian friends have given me their availability but obviously I would prefer to use Norwegian managers.
There will be weekly pubblic discussions in the forum with the analysis of the actual game.

I believe that the first thing to be done if the Norway wants to get some result is to involve at the most the whole community.

Do you think an italian manager from the B. series, such as you, can do the job any better than a regular active norwegian manager?

What about merits? anything to show for when it comes to your own team?

Will you have the time to do all in your power?

2)I have just now won my championship.the level of my actual championship is superior to yours Eliteserien

3)It is hard to do everything alone.I will need everything possible help from the community.

How can you know? you aren't able to see how good the norwegian NT players are..

Eliteserien was weak this year because there was only 2 active teams and 5 bots. Don't do the mistake in underestimating Norge, that's not going to win you any votes.

tactical questions for Majorshivan:

1. Which games this season do you think Norway had poor tactics, and how would you have corrected it?

2. What kind of tactic would be your trademark as a national team coach? As specific as possible please.

3. Your team has a couple of tactical blunders this season, like for instance both matches against Borgonero. How do you explain that?

I am not against to have a new manager from a foreign contry, but I think we should have a Norwegian manager for the Norwegian national team.. what do you think about that?

Jeg kommer til å stemme på den jeg mener har best grunnlag til å gjøre jobben, uansett hvilket land han/hun kommer fra.

Når det er sagt er jo en del av jobben å skape blest og interesse rundt landslaget og Sokker-Norge, og da er det en fordel å være fra Norge.

When that is said, a part of the job is to create an interest to the national team and Sokker-Norge, and then it's a plus to be from Norway.
