Connection Problems
On Monday and Tuesday there have been attacks on our servers. This attacks did lead to heavy overload and thus connection problems in the evening. Now we have to take steps to protect our servers against such attacks, so this can be avoided in the future. On monday evening there was also a problem with our database. Many users where unable to write in forums and open new topics. This problem was fixed on monday evening, but due to the problems some posts and topics from that time may have been deleted.
Because of the connection problems where not planned, deadlines could not be extended in time and it was impossible for us to revert transfers that ended in this time.
We are sorry for the problems caused by this attacks.
