Here Questions from manager to sokker DEVS:
Q/A of the developers from April 14
Please excuse my long silence. The last few weeks have been mostly focused on fixing minor bugs still related to league reform, and there hasn't been much interesting for me to write about - the bugs have been reported and fixed, mostly without additional comments from the developers.
Not all of your questions were fully answered, but the ones I list below certainly clarify a few things.
Thanks to tsolias for the help in choosing the questions, I will try to answer the next questions always weekly.
Q18: How many weeks of NT friendlies do we have after the WC until the end of the new elections?
A18: The change in the length of the season will perhaps also lead to a change in the election process. Possibly both the start and end dates of the elections and the voting will be affected, the answer depends on the solution chosen in the end.
Q19: NT and U-21 match pages are not compatible with the clock in the lower left menu (number of weeks). Will this be fixed, will we have a unified calendar?
A19: If there is still a problem, please send more information.
Q20: Cup games were not calculated in the player statistics! Will the players who played cup games get training and how much (90 as a mandatory game or 75 as a friendly)?
A20: The players who participated in the cup matches trained as in a competitive match and will continue to train accordingly.
As for the statistics, it was an obvious mistake. However, it is not sure that the developers will be able to count all the statistics "backwards", maybe some will be lost, unfortunately.
Q21: Is it possible to confirm now if the new training system (next season) will add a level above Super Divine (that would be "Mega Divine", see above)? Raul mentioned it once.
A21: There are plans to introduce a 20-level skill scale - so an additional level will be required. No date has been set yet for the introduction.
Q22: Do we know yet how the condit training will work? When the change in the training system was announced, it was stated that the condit training would be changed, but we don't know how it will be
A22: Both the training and the meaning of this skill may be changed. One concept is that stamina will not refer to a single game, but to a supply of energy that is lost during games and regained on off days. This will lead to a higher rotation of players and the need to manage their energy supply, which will be reflected in the quality of the game.
Q23: Some U21 game schedules show that two games should be played in the same week.... (This affects groups L, M, N, O - see the error for rounds 4 and 5). Will this error be fixed in time, or should I expect that there will actually be two games?
A23: The problem of double matches on the same day will be solved.
Q23.1 Which second-placed teams will qualify for the World Championship?
A23.1: The 17 first-placed teams in the groups and 15 of the 17 second-placed teams will qualify. A ranking will be made for all second-placed teams, which will NOT INCLUDE matches against the last-placed team in the case of groups of 6. The top 15 teams will qualify. The ranking is based on the same assumptions as in the league, i.e. number of points, goal difference, higher number of goals scored, higher number of wins, higher starting position (higher "pot").
Q24: If we train players with all 4 alignments (GK, DEF, ...) for individual training in the same week, will they all depend on the skills of one main coach... so will the main coach need up to 4 training skills at once?
[edited: Will the responsibility for the quality of individual training rest mainly with the main trainer, or will there be a change, e.g. the possibility to use different trainers for the skills we train]?
A24: The skills of the main trainer will be crucial, it is important that he has the highest possible level of the skill(s) that the players are training. The assistants on the other hand will get a bonus depending on their main level (not the specific skill).
Q25: On the upcoming training reform, we have information that players selected for training will receive some type of training even if they have not played. Are there any numbers on this?
It is also said that the more a player plays, the more it will affect their training. Will it have the same ratio to full training as it does now?
A: Yes, the reform includes the possibility that a player who has not played for a week will receive training. However, he will train significantly slower than a player who has participated in all or part of a match. An appearance in a match of the national team will bring another training bonus. A bonus for matches against stronger opponents is also expected. Exact training values will not be announced, we will let you estimate them based on your own experience - as it has always been the case in Sokker so far.
Q26: Will additional slots for player changes be added?
I'm asking this question again because it's quite important, especially if we schedule 3 changes and an injury occurs. Can at least 2 additional slots be added so we don't have to worry about assigning the wrong positions (ATT, MID, DEF) to our players? Right now we have:
1: GK
2: ATT
3: MID
4: DEF
5: A random option or additional slots 6 and 7 would be helpful.
That is, if we use 3 substitutes, we have only one player left.... a random substitute in this case should either take the same position as the injured player who is out, or 3 extra slots can solve this problem.
A: Once again, I confirm that there will be changes in substitutes and instructions, but only after the training reform is implemented. It is too early to write of details - but yes, there are plans to develop the game in this area.
Q27: What is the timeline for the developers? When will we know for sure if the training reform will come next season or sometime after?
A: As planned, the reform should come into effect from next season. I will try to get confirmation in the second half of this season.

From DEV-Forum:
Dev Diary 63: Introduction to the new rules for training.
We are still working hard on the training reform. It is not yet visible to you, so in the coming weeks I will continuously provide you with more information, including the progress of the reform.
However, I would like to start with a comprehensive presentation of the basic principles of the reform and the mechanics of the new training.
For some who read the forum carefully, many of the topics will already be familiar, but for others of you, this will be new information.
For all of you, I'll first show you the new training selection window - you can find the screen at the following link:
https://i.ibb.co/bHrbyNz/tren.png
MAIN CHANGES:
- We see quite a few new elements, some of which are used to set the training, while others are for help and information.
- First of all, there are three new areas, which are described below, which at the same time should give an overview of the new rules.
TRAINING PLANNING:
- The first area is used to assign the type of training that a particular group (alignment) will have that week.
- You can assign a training type to each alignment: GK, DEF, MID, ATT.
- It is possible to assign the same training type to multiple alignments.
- In this way, we can train between 1 and 4 different alignments each week, depending on the choices made in this menu.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING:
- There are 10 courts available to train players on.
- This training is very similar to the current training in its effect.
- However, you get more flexibility and more influence on increasing the training effectiveness.
- Each player selected in this section must be assigned to an alignment that they will train with during the week.
- Based on this assignment, the player will receive a training type that corresponds to the one you assigned in the planning window.
- The more games and minutes a player plays in a week with the specified alignment (GK, DEF, MID, ATT), the more effective the training will be.
- The order in which the games with the different alignments are played does not matter, all minutes of the specified alignment are counted.
- It is also possible to select a player who has not played for a week, but his training efficiency will be significantly lower.
- The effectiveness can be additionally increased by an appearance in a national team match or if your team has played against better opponents.
- For your convenience, one of the columns will display the approximate efficiency - this will help you manage your players' progress.
GENERAL TRAINING:
- This section lists the players who have not been selected for Individual Training.
- The rules for General Training are very similar to the current rules for players who do not train individually in a given week.
- As with Individual Training, you can influence the effectiveness of General Training by selecting the alignment.
- The more games and minutes a player plays in an alignment, the more effective the general training will be.
- Players who have not played any games in a week will not receive general training.
- As with Individual Training, there are columns with information about minutes played and approximate efficiency.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- There are no plans to change the day on which the training takes place.
- The schedule for the reform will be maintained and it is expected to take effect at the beginning of next season.

You are able to train 10 MID
100% is only possible with 2 league matches while the same week. But you can train each one with following option

Tried to search the forum, but could not find any.
For 2 players with same alignment this week and same age and talent, with same % of training, one in General training and other player in Advanced, do we know how much more training Advaced gives? (hypothetically)
