Subject: U21 skravleplassen

Thx)),so far the team is ''rolling'' perfect!
I will do some changes,not much,at the next weeks to help most in training some U20 players,
untill we start again the 3 difficult matches.

Jamaica is the next opponent for the Qualification WC.

Both U20 Goalkeepers are injured !! so we will start with Jan-Erik Hervik(21y.) as a keeper.

Viktor Liseth(20y.) in defence and Peter Kvalsvik(20y) debut,P. Kvalsik skills are unkown to me so
this match is more like scouting for him.

Jan Stendal(20y.) is injured for this week,Ove Grønli(20y.) he will play 90' mins this time,
and Ole Skeide(20y) at midfields line,i will use for 30 mins Trond Veiby(19y.).
Renè Tveitan(21y.) he will comeback and he will try to organize the passing game.

Our strikers are ready to play the match,i send some sk-mails to see how they
are going at training.

Jamaica U21 - Norge U21 0:4
We are not so good this time,and i know the reasons.
Jarl Silseth(21y) is injured for about 20 days,the best defender so far.
I have orders to replace Carl Otto Meisingset(21y) at slight injury and the tactic was made for him !
Without him we can't play from the wings!Α huge problem for the next season.

Peter Kvalsvik(20y) seems good in defence and at secondary skills,but he is low in pace,
another one bad training defender.
Of course we are better team from our opponent,but the point is what we can do
in the future against stronger teams.

Al Maghrib the next opponent tomorrow,and i will try to add more U20 players
in first eleven.
I need to wait one more week for the U20 goalkeepers,still injured.

Viktor Liseth-Arnstein Stenersen(debut)-Carl Ernst Husum(debut)-all 20y.
in defence to help them in training most.

Ove Grønli-Ole Skeide-Jan Stendal,all 20y.in midfields line.

I love the training progress of Sindre Nistad(19y) he can be a star at Strikers,
not only in U21 but for NT in the future too.
Mats Nordanger(19) and Oliver Nystrøm (20y) are ready too.

Norge U21 - Al Maghrib U21 2:0
It was a training match for the most U20 players,a bad view for now,
but meaby a better team in future.
For now the truth is,we have a bad U20 team.

We start the second round of all matches of this Group from tomorrow.
Al Maghrib the next opponent again.

Ove Gjesdal(20y) is ready to play as goalkeeper.

I'm trying to use and find decent defenders,Einar Sørgård(20y)(debut)for a checking match this week.
And i need at least Richard Årvik(21y) to keep the balance in the defense line.

In better form our midfields line and i hope for a better passing game this time.

I must use Henning Sandtorv(21y) at Strikers,is in a bad form but he have talent,
and he deserve some extra training because he can play at NT in the future.

Difficult win,and we need to improve our game in the future.
Its a risk playing with low quality players for sure.

Well done! It`s not easy to get the goals needed vs weak opposition when strikers are poor. Another three points onboard ^_^

So far the talent of Sindre Nistad (19y) give us some critical points,and i believe in every age update
he will be better and better.

I will not make many changes to the next 2 matches,we will play U20 most,
to help U20 players.

Richard Årvik(21y) at backs this time,a better spot for him,Viktor Liseth(20y) as a Center,in defence.
I got last news about Viktor Liseth(20y.) and i'm happy to see that my help,
is not going waste!He will be a NT defender for sure,and he will help a lot,
at next season.
I want to check more midfielders,i'm not happy with the passing game,so i will use in this
match Håvard Jåsund(20y) for a half and also Eilert Liland(20y).

Oliver Nystrøm(20y) he will start at Strikers.

Norge U21 - Jamaica U21 2:0
So far so good we got 3 points more and checking players for the future.
Håvard Jåsund(20y) was good but he is low at pace.Anyway i think this time
the passing game was better.
Henning Sandtorv(21y) is in bad form but he was the top scorer of this match and MVP.

Thx )) we have a Friendly next week with Albania,i will change the team a little
with some 21y. players.

Friendly with full U20 teams we have to play tomorrow.

Arnstein Stenersen with good matches so far in the center of the defence,Henning Veum will play too,

Checking match for the next U21 (U20 now) team,we have 2 more same friendlies before Final WC groups start.

We never win like this to deserve to loss a match like this.But that's sokker anyway.
We are not good,the passing game was awful,and our strikers cannot just send the ball to the net.
Everything was wrong in this match.and my tatctic too.

Don`t take it too hard, it was just a friendly.. Always something to learn from losses anyways ;-)
