Don`t take it too hard, it was just a friendly.. Always something to learn from losses anyways ;-)
Yes that's the truth,but i don't see any future for the next U21,we have
bad defenders without secondaries,and they are almost our half team!
Our midfields are bad too with low primary skills,and if i made an exception for S.Nistad,
the rest strikers are not good for NT and they have no future.

Sokker many times gives us joke matches but this is no reason to hide our weakness.
We have many players after 2 months training and they improve only in 1 skill ...and their skills are low !!
This is no intresting about their training or not talent at all!
It's bad to need to improve from the 10 skill to 11 after 2 months ..

Carl Ernst Husum(20y) at backs in defence.Einar Sørgård(20y) he is playing fine so far
becouse of his high pace and good playmaker skill,at backs too.
V.Liseth is out, injured for 11 d.
Eilert Liland(20y) he is comeback after his injury,Trond Veiby(19y) i will use him for a half
to check him more.
Henning Sandtorv(21y) at Strikers to help at score.

The 3 next weeks will be more intresting as we play our Qualification with 3 strong teams.
We have a good team also,U21 having some NT future players,and
we will change our team almost 80%,the only line i can't change is Strikers.

The last 3 matches for some good 21 y. players start from tomorrow with Austria.
Jan-Erik Hervik a fine goalkeeper,he is ready and in form.
Jarl Silseth at the center of the defense,Christoffer Moholt in good form too,Richard Årvik is coming back.
Carl Otto Meisingset,a talented midfield,Egil Kydland he can be good too and help the NT in the future.
Henning Sandtorv at Strikers.
We have an advantage of 4 and more points,but i think we must fight untill the end to qualify.

MVP was our excellent goalkeeper Jan-Erik Hervik,i hope at the new team he went
to help him to be ready soon for the NT.
Our weakness was the slow pace defender Dagfinn Engum at the right back of the defence,
but at the left i use Einar Sørgård,and this is the proof how important are the pace and the good secondaries
in a defender!!

oh man, i wish we had a hervik too, he killed 4 top attempts. that damn freekick was shot directly through our humptydumpty between the posts. congratulations for defeating us twice!
I see you got not decent goalkeeper and they are important for a team to success.
To be honest i think the draw was the fair result,we had some chances to score too.
It was a difficult group,except Suomi,3 teams was almost at the same level.
Thank you,but don't give up,U21 teams in general are very difficult to lead,every
season the team is change to better or worst.
I believe the key is to have an awake community to care about it,and ofc
the knowledge for what kind of players we need and how to train.

No stress for the next 2 matches,we have already qualify to the Final Groups of WC.
But ..Norway is in a low Ranking potition and every match is important
for the Ranking points of course.
The team will not change for the next 2 matches,we will play with the best players we got.
We have no injuries and the forms are fine for the most of the players.
Suomi is the best team,they have qualify too,we are the outsider,the only
i hope is,for a nice game))

A crazy match,only sokker can do this,i dont know if we are lucky or not,
the truth is,it make our team upside down,red card from the start,injurie to winger and wrong
midfield to his place,and in general it canceled 1 sub for our team.
After that Suomi make a party from the left side,(no defender),they loss many chances to score.
anyway ..it was fun :p
