I've read the Lorre's topic in sokker international -> [NT] looking for coach, and I would like to take a chance to be the coach of Norge. So, here I am.

I am ringhiostarr, italian manager of Scarpones FC team. I play sokker since Januaray 2007. In my team I like to train young players, even if my team is not competitive. The reason why I prefer to play for win with the national team is that there is more tactic freedom and not training constrains. In the past I've got several seasons of experience with Italy U21, Malaysia U21, Malaysia NT and Nederlands NT and Latvija NT for a total of 18 seasons. About the results, when I've been with Italy U21 maybe I had not too much experience but I got my satisfactions with Malaysia U21 and NT, where I bring them for the first time to the world cup and with Nederlands a 2nd place in the U27 european, that remain my best results. With the last experience with Latvija, until two seasons ago, I've bring it to the world cup.
After a break of one season, where I've been Italy NT scout, just to keep in train :). I choose Norge because the actual coach decides to end his experience when there is an upcoming whole seasons of friendlies. This is a good situation to get practice with the team, to know the players and let you decide if I could be a good manager for the world cup, in case that I will be elected.

About my play style, I pay particular attention to the midfielder disposition and I try to manage the gameplay of the match, I like to have always an offensive solution in every situation, I don't like to force to break through in central ways. In the defensive situation, I usually use pressing and offside. I don't like extreme tactics that are far away from reality and (ab)use the defects of the sokker match engine (or instance, 6 defenders, elastic defense of 30 meters, 3 strikers focused in a spot etc...).

My goal for the next season is to get practice with the team and to be a good manager and build a good relationship with the Norwegian community. The further goal is to get ready for the next world cup qualifications and pass it in order to participate to the world cup. I consider Norway NT a team with a good potential.

About the database access, theoretically I am not the coach but I see that I am the only one candidate so, I am glad to proceed, if the nearly whole database has to be updated, I would be happy to proceed in advance if I have the opportunity :)

Thank you for the trust. I am ready and excited to start wi th this new experience. I hope that I could be a good NT manager and be good enough for your expectation. Now I am arranging the frendlies. I am wataing for U27 European confirmation, where we could test the future of the NT and I asked for a place for Mini WC tournament. In a while I should obtain the credentials for NT database and I will post the scheduling just it will be complete.

Nice first match, I really did not expect this result. I have no the full management of all players, there's a lot of job to do again. I've decided to set a line up inedited for me but I though that could be good for the available players. I am very happy about the result and I hope to continue like this :)
Anyway the average evaluation of 74.3 is lower than previous management of Clau_goool, so I have to retrieve some other players skills. I hope that, after today, he won't be mad with me and can pass me all the data that he has got haha :)

I've read your mail and updated all players. Thank you so much for your updates and help to your old community, so useful. I've got to play against you with three that I did not know the skills, only by looking their use by you and by the owners and the evaluations :D.
The high defender line it's an overused tactic so, during my experience I tried to develop some counter tactics, this time worked and I hope that you got some useful hint for the upcoming WC.

Today we're lucky. A draw could be a good result. He used a lower defense line than usual and this force us to attack only by long playmaking. This opponent choice works very well and they was dangerous during counter attacks. A super performance of Skjevik avoid us to lose.
Anyway the only way to attack was only by long playmaking and it works very well. This is a starting point for next matches. For the mini WC it was important to start well :)
