Thank you Clau_goool. The U27 is harder for medium and little NT, because we have less choice of player but we've been over the 32th rank position. Good luck to you too with Danmark.
Tomorrow we won't play any friendly, because Moldova didn't accepted with us as scheduled in the U27 european league table, I prefer to save regular player for the beginning of the upcoming WC qualification. I could use the young players but this week usually it trains stamina, so, the training bonus given by the NT match is not appreciable as usual. So I decided to jump this week and avoid to arrange friendlies.
About the WC qualification, if we talk about the top team, we are all close, Norge, Suomi and Sweden. We don't have to travel too much for away matches :D.

Thanks for your trust! I'm proud to be again the coach of Norge! I've wait to write someting about it because I've been waiting for this evening. Why? Not any junior team match but because I've been able to convince a manager to sell a player that I've listed previously between the ones that was receiving a wrong training. And I've bought him!!!!

Damn, I relied on a better debut, I apologize for the result, yesterday seems that was the day of Finland, able to win almost of the tackles and do always the right things. From the other side, I've understand from the first two goal that was not our day. Errors? Of course, I've relied too much on our midfielders, with Hoye and Rui without a top form and the last minute injury of Caspersen. Sandland disappointed me, despite the good performance in U27 european.
I'll keep on mind of these things to change something in the next upcoming hard matches

Sandland told the local newspaper he was uhappy with the NT coach and wanted him out, the sooner the better he said.

I admit that I put him in a hard position, opposite to the winger, the task is to mantain the ball possession and continue the playmaking in order to open spaces. on the contrary, tried to run against the Finnish defense. Of course he has not the right skills to do this. There was space to do the right thing, especially with his skills and with superdivine form.

If I should reply outside a sokker environment, I should say.... Erland now is starting to play to top levels and he needs to accept critics in order to improve itself. This is the difference between a good player and a top level player. If he has top skills, he should act as a top player. Of course, he will have other chances, he just have to be ready. This is growing :)

Somebody should write the "footballer intervew manual", one day or another :D

Hmmm... I trained Sandland. After the WCQ, can you send me his skills? He was big promise, when I sold him.

I'm sorry but you should ask to soe, his owner, if he wants to share it.

Stats and results talk by itself last match, an unlucky strike that was something that we don't need, but even Finland got a worse ending last match. It's a balanced league.

This should be time for a dimission talking, but I have to continue and try to recover the situation. This is frustrating, every single thing is going bad but, as I state many times, we rely too much on few players and almost of these players actually are injuried or have a low form.
If we compare the situation to the beginning of the last season, midfielders and especially strikers are different. Unfortunately with no good strikers it's hard to score. Today I've got to choose an old Alm and the U27 team strikers, strong but they need still to grow. A good news is that is Gilde and Ulvin are increasing their form level, they played today half match but it's not enough. Moreover, Haraldsson get a long injury last week.
In the midfielder size, still comparing with the last season, we can't rely on Rui (low form), Buvik (low form and is losing skills for the age), Kolbjørnsen (injuried), Amundsen (losing skills because of the age), and only today we've been able to use Hoye (he has a medium-low form) and Kaspersen (injuried).
About the age, this is another situation that I wrote many times, with the low form or injuries of the key players, in a medium-small NT environment could be a killer situation and this is where we are now.
I really apologize, I'm not happy and it's frustraing when all go bad. Because I have to continue, I want to change the situation, the injuries will recover, and about the the form, it can't go always bad. We've still strong and young defender and I really hope that Gilde and Ulvin recover his low form. Complaining is not my style and, believe me, I don't like to write this, but this is an outlet that doesn't come out from the single match but starts from the thursday, when I read the form and injury updates.

I encountered the same issues last qualifying season, right exactly where you have pointed the downsides. I believe you can still turn the tide of the qualification, but you need a little bit of luck as well with the engine, form of players, tactics and other group matches.

Nothing else to do than dig in, set up the best possible tactics for the players you got and if you manage to predict the opponents style of play you`ll get points onboard!
