Subject: [U21]Pekos

A defender with 13 sides skills could do well in front of the defence as a DM :)
I was hoping to make Rodseth like that , but in the last season , his evolution slowed down a lot , 5 weeks to 10 technique. Now, he is got 3 weeks and 8 GT and still hasn't popped to 10 passing yet.

From My point of view he is rather weak in midsum.... if he were danish or Australian i would advice defender

That's why I asked Pekos and Lorre....I would have given him pace and defender right away if they said he doesn't have a chance for u21 and NT as a def mid....
And I know he has 49 ss right now, but he is close to 51, having +2 at technique and passing...plus, he hasn't popped at playmaker in my team or his first team...
He could start the season with 53 ss if I'm lucky...

Beatiful job spin. Everything Rødseth gets is super-important for us, we are already @ defs in midfield..

You've got real patience for training players at this age. Respect

As for Gravdal, you’ve got a good plan for this season and the next. After that, I think developing each skill systematically would be the best approach — with speed as the top priority, of course.

Spin is something extra special, like soe whom we know & love.

I've always trained players long term , especially if they are talented and especially if they are coming from certain countries.

Nt players Are trained till mid/end 28. End of story. And if you sell at age 25-26 instead of doing it yourself, you risk highly he wont be trained anymore.

I will train him until 28 years old, no matter his evolution.
Gravdal will be in my team another 3-4 seasons, hopefully he will end up being super talented.

Uheldig sesong for meg, jeg har ikke flaks og kampmotoren liker meg ikke.
Att våre klarer ikke å utnytte gode målsjanser – fire ganger alene med keeper og ett skudd mot åpent mål ender i stolpen.
Dessverre endte det 0–0 i en kamp vi burde ha vunnet og tatt tre poeng.

I de andre kampene vant Brasil 2–0 mot Israel, og Belgia - Tunisia 4–0.

Opp med haka Pekos, bare å jobbe på. Flaks og marginer kommer til å snu etterhvert ;-)

Du gir meg mot. Jeg prøver å holde roen og fokusere på det jeg må gjøre. Vi må beholde håpet

I går ble kvalifiseringen til VM avsluttet. Etter en tøff sesong og en jevn gruppe endte vi på 3. plass – uten avansement. Det var rett og slett ingen sjanse til å gå videre med dette laget; det var en svak årgang, og neste ser heller ikke lovende ut.

Tålmodighet og satsing på å utvikle unge norske talenter er det som trengs nå. Resultatene vil komme. De neste kampene handler først og fremst om å samle rankingpoeng, bygge oss opp igjen og ta tilbake det vi tapte denne sesongen.
