••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••RULES
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
1) 21 year-old players and younger are allowed to play.
The age update is in week 15. This means that 22 year-old players are allowed to play in the Semi-final and the Final of the U21 World Cup. (It would not be logical if they were only allowed to play until the Quarter-Final)
2) If a country plays with older players then allowed, it automatically loses it's match 5-0.
If that country makes this mistake again, it is automatically disqualified from the tournament. (In the qualifications or in the group stage, every match of this country will be a 5-0 loss)
3) If a country arranges a wrong game (not with the country they should play against), then they automatically loose 5-0.
4) If a country does not accept the match invitation before Wednesday 23.59 PM Sokker time, it will automatically lose it's match 5-0.
5) Group stage matches have to be played with league rules, knock-out matches (starting from WEEK 14) have to played with cup rules.

Group A
Uruguay
Slovenija
Nederland
Norge
Group B
España
Brasil
Romania
Eesti
Group C
Mexico
Slovensko
Perú
Lietuva
Group D
New Zealand
Magyarország
Suomi
Canada
Group E
Argentina
België
Hrvatska
Italia
Group F
Türkiye
Deutschland
Scotland
Danmark
Group G
Česká republika
Colombia
Bosna i Hercegovina
England
Group H
Portugal
France
Schweiz
USA
Group A
Dream group for Nederland, which should be beyond the reach of others
(considering the strength of teams and the number of juniors
available, proportional to number of users). When teams are of similar
size and strength, experience may count. This puts Slovenija in better
position, as they're headed by Polish experienced manager
Group B
A very very difficult group. Needless to say Espana and Eesti are
senior WC finalist this season. The other 2 teams are also looking
very strong: Romania is SK 2nd country, considering the number of
users (and juniors), Brasil also in top 10 (similar in SK-size to
Espana)
Group C
An easy group for Slovensko.
But possibly not for Lietuva as they are one of the smallest countries
in Sokker. Their senior team strength is mainly based on exporting
youths. But are Mexico or Peru strong enough for going through ?
Possibly not.
Group D
Good group for Magyarország and Suomi. They have many users, so also
many U-21 players. Canada (one of the oldest countries in SK) may have
problems with not so many good young players available. New Zealand
definitely an underdog.
Group E
Definitely a death group.
België - a senior WC finalist and a 3rd largest SK-country, Argentina
looking strong after a great result vs Poland,
Italy - also one of the largest SK-countries, always difficult to play
against and Hrvatska - who may be considered as underdog, as they have
much less users.
Group F
Very levelled group. Scotland with much less users than the rest, but
older countries may afford better coaches. Türkiye too young for
senior WC, but now it may be their time :) Danmark and Deutschland
probably favorites.
Group G
Not a bad group for England and Czechs. Opponents surely in their
reach. But they shouldn't feel so safe, as Bosnia and Herzegovina and
Colombia will surely strongly resist.
Group H
France with nearly 1000 users, Portugal and Schweiz with half less,
USA 3 times less, but playing longer in SK. All teams with similar
chances to stay in the game, France is in very slight advantage.
