What are you training now? It's a nice youth player!

First I will train two weeks striker, I have three young players who need striker training and after that one week stamina, 5-6 weeks technique and passing/speed the rest of the season . Next season a couple of weeks striker and pm/def/speed rest of the season. I train primarily midfield player but attackers are expensive so I try to have one or two midfielders who can play striker when they are old. I could sell him, but I prefer to train my own youngsters if they have decent talent

That makes me very happy! Because we only have a big gap with the strikers. We have no U21 and U20 strikers! We have 3 U19 strikers and if you are trained as a striker, then we have a U18 striker. May I recommend you to train striker up to 10?

Jens Utheim might be good enough when he gets some tech but he can also be a nice MID, anyway I will try to follow the plan for training next two seasons, Ulrik Ulvin needs also to be trained as MID

Ok, 2-3 weeks striker seems to be good and then little technique and pace! Utheim is very nice too! He needs pace and technique! It would be nice if we know the next strikers of the U18!
