I think I was expected to make some kind of speech ;))
As I'm not really good at it (and don't want you o get bored just before our first match together ;P), I'll try not to bore you ;)

Once more, thank you for your decision. I've been actually the 2nd foreign coach in history of SK, just after CarLos_Wallace in Nigeria. Actually, I'm the first one, who has been elected unanimously (with 2/3 of support).
It's been an honour for me to lead Norge. I hope to make you proud of the National Team's results.

What can you expect from me now ?
I promise to do everything I can to set the best squad and tactic for every match. Nonetheless, please be aware that Norge isn't a mighty team in Sokker. Therefore, I really can't guarantee to win every single match (as some of you may expect from me).

There are some things about Norge NT that need to be discussed.



1. Landslag - organization
I've been cooperating with deallus for some time and I'd be very pleased if he could become a co-trainer of Norge Landslag. He's already been immense help - he translated a couple of things to English and sent players database.

I'd also like to ask some active users to help me with so-called player spotting. I mean finding players that may be interesting for National Team. If you came across some interesting young player that is still not in the database - please report him ;)


2. Hattrick etc.
Norge has only 34 users! Please, do something to increase that number.
We are currently in last 10 of the Sokker!!! Some of you play other football managers (like Hattrick, Managerzone etc.). Could you possibly advertise Sokker there ? Maybe some of your friends would be interested to play SK ? Bring with you as many users as you can.
Believe me - it's the only way we can get new players for our National Team.

All is the matter of some advertising. People simply don't know anything about SK!

Btw. how many users from Norway play Hattrick ?

When I quit (26th december last year) there was about 9.000

And only 36 users here in Sokker ?!
It must be some kind of misunderstanding...

Well, most norwegian people don't want to have anything other than Hattrick to prioritize, and if first decide to join some other game they choose managerzone or Popomundo..

Some comments.....

I'm glad that we've won. ;P
It was my first match so the pressure was really high - we couldn't lose it, if we wanted to play in final.

The opponent played really well, actually in the first half he was dominating. There were some surprises for me in his squad, but it doesn't matter now ;)

Good things:
*a victory :DDD
*amazing goalkeeper ;)
*Gilje - really great match
*pretty well defensive performance - only 4 shots conceded


Bad things:
*injury of Atle Skogheim :(((
*we actually don't have any midfield :(
*performance of our wingers - a real disappoitment
*Helstad - I hoped he'd play better
*Stormo - bad mark after the match
*strikers didn't have many opportunities to shoot
