It was a very close game, in the end I think a big factor was that I managed to squeeze the strikers into the space left by the defenders.
That and whenever Bevan gets the ball, he nearly always looks like he will score.

England didn't scare anybody in this match, you guys were saved by Bevan. Norway was unlucky with the finishing, and could easily have scored one or two more.

Debatable. You had more shots, but most of them came from miles out (and were fairly weak), the sort which only Bevan can score (see vs Mexico for what I mean).
Whereas the shots we had were in more dangerous positions overall.

If I remember right, only 2 or 3 shots came from distance, the others came from excellent goal scoring positions. 2/3 out of 7 isn't exactly "most of them".. :P
