Danmark back in top10 :D

Har du lyst til å utdype hva som er skandaløst med at Norge er det 14. beste landet i Sokker, med kun snaut 70 brukere? Hvis det er noen i hele Sokker som kan klare å gjøre en bra jobb med landslaget vårt (som vi faktisk må innse ikke er all verden å skryte av) så er det Julius.

Hvis du er uenig er det jo alltids nyvalg om noen uker, det er bare å stille.

I can see a negative trend. Scandale was maybe a brutal word, but a brutal word may fit when it's a situation like this

I agree with you. Those results are not satysfying. Especially the draw against South Africa - a match which we CAN'T HAVE drawn or lost.

Consider this table: the first number in [], means which NT appeared first in Sokker, the second and so on, and the number to the right, meaning how much users is in each country.

The number of users (to the right) shows what choice the NT coach has.
The order of appearance gives you the idea how far might have gone the training of those players.

I started my job in Norge, when there were 36 users, lot of them inactive.

It means more than half of the players that available now have recently started the training and is not yet ready for the NT.

Look at those positions and compare it to the current rank.


We played against:
*Suomi 1:0 (25th, 12th)
*Sverige 2:0 (31st, 19th)
*Danmark 3:0 (29th , 18th)
*South Africa 0:0 (22nd, 38th)
*Deutschland 0:4 (15th, 12th)
*Hrvatska 0:3 (34th, 22nd)
*Italy ?:? (10th, 4th)

Suomi, Sverige, Danmark - appeared around the same time as Norge, but have much more users.
South Africa appeared earlier and probably didn't increase in number of users till now. The result was indeed disappointing (our best striker was injured then).
Deutschland - much earlier, much more users
Hrvatska - later, more users.

You are right - I could have set players differently to *try* to prevent a defeat against Hrvatska and a draw against South Africa.

That means that about 20 users that registered in SK before the elections are still in the game - their players are the basis for Norge NT and tell you how strong it is.


Even more depressing is the number of users that play more than one season (a necessary time to train any good player for the NT)

If you take a look at South Africa, you'll notice that this number is more or less the same. I think I don't even have to bother to count this number in Deutschland or Hrvatska - as it will be much higher.


Anyway - you may get your chance next season, as it's very unlikely that I'll be able to stand for the reelection.

I'm just going to say that you are doing a marvellous job julius, and I disagree with the statement "scandale". No one could have done a better job with the national team than what you have done.

I think you have done a very good job with our national team. Keep it up!

Please stay with Norge a bit longer

I'm on the list but are more or less inactive. I have read the rules, but log on a couple of times a week and don't do much...

Since I don't care about winning or loosing I'll be willing to train norwegian players for the NT. I will need help to pick them out and help to determine what to train, but give me a signal if it is something the NT-coach want :-)

I don't have much money, but can sell some players who will give some millions.

You were the best candidate under the NT election, that is beacuse dellaus didn't join. Julius, I really hope you win the next election too. You know the players better now, and I belive in you (in the future though)

The reason why I joined was that deallus resigned and asked me to continue what he has started.

maybe the election after 1-2 seasons ?
If I had to bet, it's like 80% I won't be joining any elections in Sokker next season.

There's a couple of reasons:
*must fight with my addiction ;)
*I'm extremely short with time at the moment - I have to start working on my projects and writing the final work....
*every tactic is about 1-4 hours of watching the opponent matches, making changes in the squad and fitting it to the opponent, just to give the best of the players. It's too time-consuming for me :(
*I need a break... just to refresh my batteries. I'll return some day with new energy :]

I'll leave some tactics for the future Norge NT-coach. No matter who he will become. As those tactic are very similar to the one I play, I hope that he won't be using them against me (for example showing them to my league opponents or publishing them on a forum)

A little late, but now, theres almost 11 000 norwegians in Hattrick, there's also 1000-2000 users waiting to get a team :)

great - wow....
and 70 users in Sokker, maybe 30-40 still active and maybe 1 waiting to get a team....

Help Norge, otherwise you will never ever have strong national team in Sokker.
