k4psula to All
Shortly: I would know about all "must-see" cities and locations in your Country.
I would have around 4-5 days to move.
Thanks :)

Bruges, Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp(mostly shopping)

I don't really know a fifth city that's really special...
In Belgium there is nothing that comes close to Venice, Milan or Rome...
So don't get your hopes up!

I would say:

Brussels
Antwerp
Bruges
Ghent
Spa
Namur
Bastogne
Mons
Mechelen

Bruges is really a must-do :)
Antwerp, Ghent and Brussels also nice to visit..

not sure Bruges is a must see ... it's postcard-pretty, but very touristic.
Must see, in my opinion, are Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp.
Also depends on what you want to see and do ofcourse :-).

well, I'm roundtripping with my wife and two child (one male 10yo and a neborn girl 1yo), so nothing too hard nor sinful :P

ok! then you should really include Bruges. It's very pretty and easy to visit with children.
After Bruges your next stop could be Ghent. Also a nice medieval city. A bit bigger and more alive, but still clean and easy.
Brussels has some nice parts, but as it's a big city, it has some typical big city problems. But the old center is definately worth a visit. I'm not very familiar with the french speaking cities like Liege, Mons, Charleroi, Namur. Good site to check:

In my opinion Ghent is the no1 must-see ;-)

In Brussels in famous street 'Rue des bouchers' there's a huge bar called Delirium.. They have over 2000 different beers if I'm not mistaken :)

Antwerp is the fashion capital. Maybe if you want to take your wife shopping, you should go ;-)
Also a nice city, but Brugge and Ghent are prettier.

For beer, in Ghent this pub offers more then 200 beers:

But in Belgium you'll find decent beer in almost every pub ;-)
(one of my favourites is Orval)

nowadays more then 3000, and (if i'm not mistaken) 1500 Belgian beers.

I've got some nice places to eat in Bruges and Brussels if interested (depending on your budget of course and what kitchen you like).

As for the beer: enough pubs and bars with a decent menu till insane menu in most cities :)

Ghent is a must-see city.

I'd say it's the only city you really shouldn't miss out on.
