Bayern Munich GM Uli Hoeness told German newspaper TZ : "Our transfer market is almost over. We have already signed some new top players. We only need a new right-back. .... Franck Ribery is staying. He could leave only if we receive a staggering, crazy offer"

Real Madrid want to strengthen their defence and the new target is Serbia and Manchester United central defender Nemanja Vidic (28). Real chairman Florentino Perez is planning to sign him for 30 million Euros. However, Barcelona are already tracking Vidic (as reported a few days ago)

Zie wat Ronaldo bij Real gaat verdienen, slik, zucht, kuch :

Real expect to wrap up the deal within the next seven days after formalising a package in which Ronaldo will earn £9.5 million in his first year – £183,000 a week – followed by a 25 per cent pay rise in each of the following five years of his contract. This would amount to £556,000 a week in the final year of his contract.

Replacing the irreplaceable – current United players who can fill Ronaldo’s boots:

Nani – Naturally gifted attacking wide player in the same mold as his compatriot. Still far from the finished article though and will need to push on to prove to Ferguson he is able to produce his best week-in-week-out.

Carlos Tevez – Future still uncertain at the club after an unwillingness on the part of Ferguson and United to pay the reported £23 million needed to make his loan deal permanent. Loved by the fans and a tireless worker who would relish the opportunity to take on Ronaldo’s mantle as the star performer.

Danny Welbeck – Highly rated by Ferguson and, like Nani, full of raw potential. Has already proved he is capable of scoring spectacular goals but has also already had a run in with the manager after he was perceived to have arrogantly celebrated scoring on one of his rare opportunities in the Premier League last season – possibly making him a natural heir to Ronaldo.

Federico Macheda – Italian teenager who made himself an instant United hero in scoring winning goals against Aston Villa and Sunderland in successive weeks to turn the title race back in United’s favour when they were going through a sticky patch.

Inter To Bid €40 Million For Lyon Ace Karim Benzema - Report
Benzema could be plying his trade in Serie A next season, should Lyon accept a massive bid from the Beneamata...

According to French publication Le Progres, Inter are ready to table a €40 million bid for Olympique Lyon star Karim Benzema.

The young French sniper has averaged a goal every two matches this season and the Nerazzurri are reportedly keen to bring in the Les Gones striker to strengthen their frontline.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has claimed that the Frenchman will stay at the Stade Gerland for another season, but a lucrative offer from Inter patron Massimo Moratti could persuade him to let go of the French international.

Milan Sign Edin Dzeko - Report
The Rossoneri have a signature on a pre-agreement. The next step is to convince Wolfsburg...

Milan target Edin Dzeko has signed for the club, but fans will have to wait as it is only a pre-agreement, according to Sky Sports Italia.

The Italian news station claims the Bosnian hitman has put pen to a pre-agreement which will give the Italians first choice. Milan now have to convince the Germans of parting company with their man.
