New teams division selection
Although we've had more new users staying than before with the policy of accepting new users in the league above the bottom league. This has been problematic for older countries with a small number of users. Therefore the method has been improved. Now users will only be accepted in the league above the bottom one if the total number of users in the Country is lower than the amount of teams in all leagues except the bottom league. For example, for a country with three divisions this means that if the total number of users exceeds 40, new users will be accepted in the bottom league. For a country with four divisions, this number would be 168.
Please note the new user acceptance method will be implemented for all countries.

Sorry jongens, heb jullie weer net onder de 1000 moeten duwen. Jullie komen wel akelig dichtbij Nederland op deze manier ;)
Bij de vorige opkuising zaten we net boven de 1000 dachtik. Dat betekent dus een nettoverlies van 10 users t.o.v. de vorige keer (een seizoen geleden dan?).
