He plays a crappy off side tactic : the kind of tactic I CAN'T LOSE against
Every single passing ==> rebounce on my players
Every single "pass" from my defenders ==> out
Every single pass to my winger ==> out
And when he receives one ==> out or on the keeper :X
Every time I could make a nice shot or pass ==> player waits until he get tackled or make pass behind or something else
And of course, my players always stay 50m off side (and when mid's remember there is a winger ==> pass goes out)
And of course, all long my pass go in the legs of his def and all his long pass go in the legs of Janik who scores :X
In short, I played with players adequate technique, adequate, pass, adequate PM, adequate pace, adequate striker :X
