Official Rules
1. The NSW between Belgium – Mexico will take place on 12th August 2009;
2. All the matches must be played in cup system;
3. The winning team brings 1 point to the country it belongs to;
4. Pairing will be based on the average "rating" set after the league match in week 14 (2nd of August 2009). No changes will be allowed even if the team goes up or down in rating after this moment. Rating points are considered the average individual marks listed in groups/leagues statistics;
5. Priority for participation will have those teams that subscribed chronologically earlier. This rule is not valid in case of teams that are on the waiting list. For the teams on the waiting list will be applied the rule of the most appropriate rating with the possible opponent.
6. Matches will be played on "the bigger stadium" unless the 2 teams organize differently (it is allowed to switch to the smaller stadium);
7. Subscription deadline – 19th April 2009;
8. In case if a user involved in the NSW gets banned or his team is gone bankrupt, the match is cancelled thus no nation receiving the winning point.
