Here we go for the 1/4 final.

We couldn't dream a better draw for us I think. Portugal is by far the weakest of the 4 teams we could have faced :

Italy : Favorite of this WC with Poland and has a rating over 60. They are 1st at the sokker ranking.
Spain : a solid outsider that I see in half final with a rating also over 60. They are 2nd at the sokker ranking
Česká republika : Another one that could have reached half final... but they're playing Poland :) With a mean rating around 57,5 it is a though opponent. They are 3rd at the sokker ranking.
Portugal : By far the weakest. Around 52,5 in rating with a peak at 54,5. They are 13th at the sokker ranking.

This is the best draw but it does not mean we have to underestimate them. This would be the fastest way to the elimination.

This week there won't be any introduction to the match like Rubinho did so well but there will be a contest to win a selection in U21.
The rules are simple :
5 pts for the correct result
3 pts for the right number of goals of the winner
2 pts for the right number of goals of the looser
1 pts for the right winner

This will count for the general ranking and the winner of this week will earn a selection in the U21.
In case of draw(s) the faster one wins the prize.

THERE IS NO DRAW IN SINGLE ELIMINATION but I add a special rule :
you can declare a draw after 120' then you must say who will win the penalties.

3 pts if you declared a draw with the perfect result
2 pts if you declared a draw without the perfect result

3 pts if you correctly chose the number of penalties scored by the winner
2 pts if you correctly chose the number of penalties scored by the loser
1 pts if you correctly chose the correct winner.

So the maximum you can score declaring a draw is 8 pts. i.e. you say 3-3 OT 4-2p ==> you get 3 pts from the draw+correct result + 5 pts from the penalty bonus
The minimum is 2 pts : i.e. you say 2-2 winner Romania but the final result is 1-1 winner Spain


So you can declare draw but don't forget to precise the penalty session

I won't vote immediately in order to give everyone a chance to win the prize.
