I write my speech also here. As i wrote in Nt Belgium:
Hi guys,
i'm Fabbrogas, and you know why i'm here.
now i'm going to write a speech, to explain to all of you which are my plans, my ideas, my project, and if you already have any question i'm here to answer them..
Curriculum:
There aren't so many thing to say, i'm playing sokker since 2009, last season i decided to leave out my team to begin a serious carreer with NT..
I has been in D-series in Italy where i positioned 2nd at first season, after that i begin with ItaliaU21..
I also trained Thai senior before my 2 season in ItalyU21.
Why i'm here, why in Belgium:
As i said to 3-4 users with whom i spoke, i've been i Belgium on holiday once, and i fallen in love for your country..
People are fantastic, hospitality too and looking at your disposability to accept me in your fed, i can just confirm my impression!
I know that maybe Belgium is not a top level country in sokker as Poland, Romania, Turkey, Brasil and some more, but i thing there is a great potential in your player, and i would try to begin this adventure!
My point of view:
I know you think that i overstimate Belgium U21, but i can tell you that you are wrong.
I know it's a bit weaker than Italy, but in my country we're traditionally good tactician..
Not everyone in Italy love to do tactic, but i think that with strong tactic, also based on our opponent a weaker team could win also with 10 average points of difference!
I don't know if you remember, but last U21 WC an italian manager (solli) who lead Canada U21 won vs Italy and arrived at semi-finals with his team, and i know that Belgium is stronger than Canada!
I like to do tactics, i study a lot my opponent, and i create tactic also to prevent his possible choices..
Our match vs Hellas is the demostration, we won 5-0 vs a team who win every single game in WCQ..
Today we'll play vs Germany, we will play with some 2nd line i think because the forms of 1st line players are not so high and i want to preserv them to win vs Canada..
I think Germany is a bit better than Italy, but i create 4 tactics for this match, and i have to choose which one use..
I'm saying you this to show you that i really believe that tactics could do a great difference.
Other parameters which i consider foundamentala are Form (first of all), Experience, Tactical Discipline and Team work that many many CT don't consider at all.
With these 4 "sub-skills" the difference between a strong and a weak team could decrease.
Project, Ideas, Plans:
Premise: if sigur want to candidate again, i've already told him that i won't rum vs him of course, but he said me that he didn't know yet..
My project are a medium-long term, 2 or maybe more season to create a strong U21
I would create a medium large mixed staff.
There are 3 key points in my head:
-Community
-Staff
-Ntdb
As i said and show to myname, me and my scouts work really hard, to keep the NTDB more update as possible, and all the players are updated max 3weeks ago!
I would put beside my 3 scouts (one for each role) a belgium user, to help us, and increase the interation with all the community. This need also to create a majour armony round all the staff!
Staff is second key point..
Harmony between staff members is fundamental, with a great staff we could work really well..
I'm not a CT who say: "I'm the CT and I decide" no, i don't like this way..
I always want to confrontate with my staff, in particular with vice CT and tactical help to decide how to play, how they see our opponent, and then i will ask to scouts which players they council me..
Of course i take the final decision, but only after a great teamwork!
I would have also 1 or 2 users to lead 2-3 contest that we could do to involve the community and have a major number of active users..(with different presents to the winners)
A great comunity is the base of a great NT and U21 NT..
I would that National staff help new users to take right decisions about young players, their youth school and their trainings in 1st team.
"Older" users have to help a lot "younger" users, this is the base to increase our players level to reach great results!
In Italy there are many and many U21 players which are trained by users which are in lower league, we must encourage to train at their best all belgian players, and you'll see we could increase a lot our level!
So community is founamental, i know your is divided in dutch and french, but this is not a problem, i think there are users who can speak both language, and could help both side..
If there are not, we will find some user for dutch side, and some for french side..
I would also open a weekly thread for the match of that week, where we can speak about tactic, players and something else to involve the community.
I know Cureghem can speak mine and your language, he could be really important users in this project... I've already spoke with him, and now i have to wait his decision.
Why me:
You could think, why i have to vote Fabbrogas and not anyone else?
I don't know if all of you already know this thing, but i'm in Belgian NT association by last season, i helped in scouting and tactic and i worked a lot with you current CT Sigur.
I do several tactics for differents U21 matches, and i really like this National Team.
Sigur can confirm you all these things, and he could also tell you more about me, my way to work, my person and what you want.
I worked also with Smurf, and i can say that i had a great time working with them!!
Conclusion:
So basically, i would help the community to reach a great standard of knowledge and i would also create these 2-3 contest to feel the community more involve..
I think that community is the center of a great project and for great results, so if we can create a close-knit and strong community we could reach great results..
I'm really motivate, and i hope you could help and support me!
