Subject: [U21] Young Belgian Talent

I'm going to open this thread because we are discovering many young belgian talent which are going to sell and many times these players has been bought by team that don't train them at the best.
We thought to create this forum to incentivate to keep these talent in Belgium to grow them at the best.
I ask you just a thing, to keep this important thread more comprensible for all.

Me and my staff will be the only users which can post on this thread.
If you're going to sell one of your u21 talent, or you find someone on TL please contact one of us, and we'll put him here if we'll think he'll be a good player.
We direct also their training (just as suggest, no one obbligate you to train in skill we'll write here) in the best direction for National Team.

If you don't like the idea, write here, but i did in Italy too, and it worked really well!

I ask to belgian mod if they can keep this thread more clean as possible.

hello to everyone, my name is Stefano and Fabbrogas gave me the opportunity to be the scout ATT U21, contact me for anything you want to know about your young strikers. I have a little bit of experience with U21 cause i was the italian coach during the first 3 seasons of U21 and we also won the World Cup; i quit sokker for some monthes and then i came back.

in this thread i will insert U21 players who have chance to play in the national team, maybe you prefer to train a belgium player than a foreigner :)
i'm gonna post every players, from 17y till 21y to have a complete database also for the future of Belgium.

For example there is a very strong 18y striker on TL and i think it would really important to have a continuos update.

I can't understand why this players has this skills..
He's clearly a mid, but why def so high?
Now in my opinion he needs playmaker till at least 10-11, then he needs left skills.
At the end of every season he need also 2-3 weeks on stamina.

I disagree... For the U21, yes, this would be best, but for the player itself, I think this does not need to be the case. Training stamina is a waste on this kind of players. When they're old, they can be trained stamina as much as they want, but now it's not. A lot of players don't look very balanced at 21 and can still be very nice at 25y for example...

Of course Fabbro is speaking from the U21's point of view. ;)

But I do agree this player needs pm (or pace is a good option too).

anyway, the 18y striker will play in Italy, yesterday i spoke with an old user, penny ,and he told me that he wants restart to play with a lot of young players...don't worry about his last WO... :)
