I'm seeing that here in belgium stamina is not approve so much.
We can start to use an italian way to do..
We usually train stamina in the last 2 training of the season, when there's only a match per week and we can't train all our young players..

And pls, keep this thread more clear as possible.
Only staff can post players here please.

And by 21y old, the players are formidable in stamina and have lost 8 trainings to stamina which does not improve anymore?

Maybe we can start a different topic to discuss a bit and one to post only players by the staff?


Imo this dicussion is really difficult. For the U21 it's better for sure to train some stamina. It makes the player a lot better in all his skills.
If you look at training, it's an absolute waste. I'm sure the 10 "best" trainers in sokker never train stamina and they are right... On the tl it doesn't matter that much (if you look at profit and if the player is sold U20) Instead you get at 4 seasons two levels of pace extra at least and that can be the difference between a topclass player or just a really nice player. For U21 you better train stamina, for senior NT you better train pace imo...

there could be also a discussion, but just the staff can post really good players otherwise every user start to post his player also if is not so strong... is an idea...but fabbrogas is the coach so he decides :)

i'm Nicholas, i'll help fabbro to update the database, scouting players etc...

I'm in a bottom serie but i'm not a noob (instead of newton :P).

I was scout for Italy when i was "young", during the earlier seasons when we won a world cup. I was the second coach for italy u21 when we lost in final against spain, i trained russia u21 for several seasons with good results... and with my club i won the Serie A, then i "left" the game ^^

the owner of Vic Wagemakers [27434144] doesn't want to update the skills because he doesn't want him to play in u21.
