At the moment, since I'm in U21 staff, I'm concerned about U21 staff.

Then,

- if he doesn't play he is not usefull for u21 (of course!)

- if you don't give the permission (as a CT has to ask a permission LOL) he will play anyway and even if you stop training him he will be among the strongest players anyway, then he will be usefull anyway! :)

The one who have all to lose in this situation is you! Unless you tell us the skills and he plays only few difficult matches. The deal is still valide.
