I understand the reasoning. When I was coach, I also advertised players who were not good enough. But the level is simply too low now.

This 19y old will maybe make it upto 3x formidable when he's 21. You will never use him.

Yes Dtox9! You have fully understood the reason of the fact that I post a lot of players: the more we can have to choose, and better it is for our team under21! :)

Even if a player is "back", I always hope that he have a great talent and maybe many extra training or random, that can fill his "starting handicap".

p.s.: and yes, Jacques de Le Hoye maybe don't can do U21 LEVEL... but the hope is the last to die! ;)
