In sokker it's in fact quite simple. The NT manager always has the possibility to play a player, no matter what... I'm from time to time also really frustrated if an nt manager keeps playing important players from my team in sometimes unimportant matches for the NT. Shouting, not updateing the player always has the opposite effect and the concerning player will always play more than you want from my experience. When you make some appointments, like you can do easily with a reasonable person like fabbrogas, you and the player are always better of. Not training the player is only in one person's disadvantage, the owner of the player...

I haven't been shouting. I've only been very clear about: I don't want to make a deal (certainly not with people who threaten you). I don't want players to play for their national teams. I don't care if you think that's unreasonable.
