That today was my FIFTIETH victory as manager of Belgium U21 and if we took a few goals, it is also thanks to the choices in defense! ;)

Here is my curriculum with Belgium u21:

- 50 win
- 9 draw
- 8 lose
- 201 Scored goals
- 47 goals conceded

... I think a minimum of credibility should it I accumulated, regarding the choices of the defenders, do not you think? :)

However I have to thank you! Thanks to your comments, I controlled the statistic and I discovered that this is my fiftieth victory with belgie u21! Thanks! :)

It was an extra effort he took, cause of your comment, and it's not necessarily a bad thing, cause anybody can overlook something, but in this case Pavo has set some minimum recuirements for a player to play and your player doesn't make those! It doesn't mean he's a bad player, but if he get those extra's on tech, he might make it to a baseplayer.

Thanks! I was just explaining to him that there are reasons for my choice. I wanted that he can understand that I have nothing against him and his player... and then I always love to talk about the choices of players and tactics! :)
