Subject: Stamina or other trainings?

I open this thread to continue the discussion began in the other topic.
I begin to explain my idea.
Of course train stamina for some of you could seem a waste of time, but if we think we have 10 young players to train at the end of the season, and we think we'll have only a match per week, we obviously lose time and important slot if we train any skills which is not stamina.
So a good idea could be train stamina in that week, 2 level per season is good to keep all our own players high in stamina for all the season, being more competitive during the season and creating more competitive player for both National Team, U21 or Senior.
A player with 2-3-5 samina should never play in NT, also if he has 1-2 level more in pace, and this could be a great problem.
What o you think about?

19 y old....
5 stamina
11 pace
xxxx tech
xxxx striker
(just for example)
from 19 to 20
if you train stamina from 5 to 7
if you train pace from 11 to 11+2
from 20 to 21
if you train stamina from 7 to 9 ( i'm pretty sure to 10 )
if you train pace 11 to 12
now... you prefer a player that is
21years old
10 stamina
11 pace
xxxx tech
xxxx striker
or
5 stamina
12pace
xxxx tech
xxxx striker
which is the most usefull? in my opinion the first one..but sokker is full of different points of view :))

totally agree!
and not every player pop in 4 in pace from 11 to 12..

The player with the stamina is offcourse more usefull. But the other player will go for more money (probably)... It's also the question if the player is needed in A-matches in his training team. If he is not needed there (2de klasse or higher) I think from the manager point of view you have to choose for the player with higher pace.

Sincerely i don't know which should have higer price.
I think first cause he could play in many teams, while second one usually with that stamina can't play even in 3rd-4th klasse (in my opinion)

just to be clear, i hate train stamina too :D but i think that is not waste time as i read
For the U21 the stamina-one is better, but in general, a player can reach this lvl of stamina after many general training in stamina. So training stamina is a waste of time, if you want to make a player as good as possible, imo.
True.. In order to keep both sides happy you could try to get the U21 players at approximately good stamina with at most 1 week stamina training each season. Most managers will never train twice stamina in one season, most of them won't even train stamina at all :p
We train to earn money... not to see the U21 perform...
Frankly, it's nice to see a player in the nT or U21, but if it costs me money, but not at the expence of losing money...

I re-take the example:

10 stamina

5 stamina
12pace

Do you think first player with 10 match in U21 should give you less money than the second one?!?!
I really don't think so! :)

Who gives a sh*t if a player plays in the NT to look at the price he will pay... you look at the stats, of not NT-status...
Does anyone look at the stamina for a young player?
Stamina is not a stat like the other ones ;)
Stamina will rise by itself in time, so why train?

we are speaking about 4/5 trainings of stamina instead pace in 4 seasons at least...you don't lose your money for that, and the player is more usefull for you and for the user that want to buy him..
for example i never bought someone 22y without stamina..

Well, for me it's quite different then... but then again, I couldn't care less about my team to be honest, just want 2 good keepers ;)
