Subject: Stamina or other trainings?

Well, for me it's quite different then... but then again, I couldn't care less about my team to be honest, just want 2 good keepers ;)
i totally agree, club first... but i don't think that 4/5 trainings less on pace in 4 seasons, are a damage for your club..
maybe is one pop less on pace, but 4/5 more on stamina and a lot of users care to buy with stamina...i'm not speaking about u21 now

enkel als uw coach effectief stamina heeft.
De mijne heeft dat niet, dus trainen ze dat ook niet in general training :)

Fact is that pace trains everyone aswell as stamina.
You train 11 or 22 players depending on the period you train this.
But you have much more benefit from training 11 or 22 players actually on pace than 6 or so on stamina and the rest allready maxed out.
If you look at the global picture, pace training is always in favor of stamina.
Off course, that 1 player might benefit some more on stamina at that time, but in the end it's only loss of training for the other 10 + him also. And the U21 is mainly the possible road of a possible future NT-player who mostly never enters theactual NT before his 25th. And players who reach that stage or mostly that talented that they reach 10 or 11 in stamina with only GT.
Rest my case ;-)

my trainer has max on stamina
I never train stamina, I never even look at it when I buy 'young' players. Old players mostly allready have stamina.
Stamina is not worth trainining. The only thing it's good for is for U21 (NT players have stamina in general trainings)
Having a U21 player still won't make me train stamina.
I think what I wrote here goes for 90% of the Belgian managers.

Not really:
-pace train only the players which play a match;
-stamina all players
But now, we all know that a player to plays need stamina, and i think that we all agree on this point.
Someone of you said he train for money, not for NT.
Let me analyze this point.
Take always these two players:
21years old
10 stamina
11 pace
xxxx tech
xxxx striker
and
5 stamina
12pace
xxxx tech
xxxx striker
The first one surely can play in U21 (without watching other skills of course).
Now, if i see on the TL a player with 5 stamina more and 1 pace less bu with 10-15 matches played on U21, i'm 100% sure that first one should be sell at an higher price.
Another thing that i believe can encourage this sort of train is that players which play on U21 take a % of training more, and in 15 seasonal training i think they reach also 12 on pace.
So we'll have the same players, but one with 15 presence on National Team, and one without; one with 10 stamina and one with 5; and both with 12 pace.
I'm not saying this only because i'm U21 CT, but just to say that's studyng better the % of train the first one is the right choice to train a young player.
For own satisfaction and for money if you wanna sell him.

For me it's simple. I only consider training stamina if I forgot to book a friendly and all my trainees risk to not get any training at all. The % you get extra might be a small plus, but imo, a good U21 coach neglects his U21 teams performance in favor of it's players training, cause imo, the U21 is only a school. So if you really think a player is skillswise good enough to play you select him regardless of his stamina. I understand you want to get some sportive results, cause you don't sollicitate to gather youngsters only to train them without further notice, but you allready filter by form.
Who do you select. A 10 stamina 11 pace player in hopeless form or a 5 stamina 12 pace player in magical form? Don't forget that stamina training is bad for general form!

Many things to say... so:
Who do you select. A 10 stamina 11 pace player in hopeless form or a 5 stamina 12 pace player in magical form?
We're glad to have a good database, and many players, so we won't have this sort of doubt cause we'll surely have someone who will be in form with stamina medium-high.
If i have to choose, of course the second one, couse players form is always more important in this game.
Don't forget that stamina training is bad for general form!
This is just your deduction.
On the rules there's no mention on this argoument, and looking italian studies made by great users who know many many math, this is not a strong relationship by skill trained->form
