Bad game for us, but we had budgeted, since all of our best players are without form, without resistance or injured ... here in Belgium there seems to be a curse for this ... but I wait patiently for better times.

The netherlands play high and, thanks to its defenders (today impassable for our striker) , it crushes us in our half of the field , producing three scoring opportunities sharp, that our goalkeeper saves it.
From our side we become dangerous in the first half , wasting a resounding central 1v1 against the keeper. In the second half, at the very last minute, the referee whistled the end , when it is our striker launched himself toward the goal ... that nerves.

Anyway a tie that goes lucky for us, given that (on points) would have deserved the Netherlands.
Worth noting that even today, their wing , although I had chosen a very narrow field (64) , did even the good and the bad weather. And in my memory, in the last 5 seasons , in Under-21 did not happen so often.

PS: for us today, accomplices absences of the best , it was also the day of the beginning for many young players: 12 new players on the 14 used !

I honestly do not know. The match was for only under20 players. I do not want to think bad. I hope that he has "forgotten" him.

Already with 9 in playmaker, the midfielders are struggling to pass the ball... with 8 even worse. Had it been a wing, I would have done playing him! ;)

Nice win for our team, vs another Italian coach.
In the previous qualifying round, Malaysia was the defeat for only 1a0 against Uruguay, so this it was a commitment not to be underestimated .
Good start for us, with a partial 3 to zero.
We were very strong in defence, with a perfect height, but at the first and only opportunity we are punished by a Malaysian incredible counterattack.
The parity has always been in our hands and in the long run we ramped up , taking advantage of the many scoring opportunities created.
