I wanted to talk a bit 'with you.
Belgium is in my heart and I'm sorry not to be able to win something.
We came out of the World Cup with a unfortunate and unbelievable match against the czech republic, we went out from European, for an expulsion a red card and an injury against England.
I could definitely do better, I could do worse.
The form of our best players prevented me in two seasons to use some top players
Eddy Van Driessche
Miel Blondel
Andy Dagneaux
Manu Vandelannoitte
Rune Delporte and many more
Other strong players have excellent resistance or solid.
Having failed I decided to give way to others, because I feel that the community is tired of cinolex!
Then I thought of going to Romania (almost impossible).
If any of you were working on me still in Belgium, I'll still be happy to continue the work done

Don't be too pessimistic. You did some good things as well. Tactics isn't your strongest skill, but you are dedicated to the function and are prepared to take time, an issue of importance imo.
Learn from your mistakes, don't let the community be an issue but an asset and most importantly, don't give up for fear, but only if you feel you cannot give it 100% of your effort.

I play Sokker since 2006 and only in Belgium I found users said that the tactic is not my strongest skill. Or I have deteriorated orI have been lucky so far :)

What kind of bothers me is that you always claim an external reason for your losses, and never admit to making mistakes. Also in your last post, you say that it is the bad form of players which prevented you from getting results,..

Therefore just one question: What have you done wrong in the previous campaign and how will you make sure you will do a better job in the future?

Well, our NT isn't bad, so to do bad is rather hard than easy, but mainly due to luck (or bad luck).
Our real NT-coach irl made it clear that coaching is a teamsport! So if you plan on doing all things alone, it will be a hard game...
As I said before, use the community as an asset! We CAN help, but only if you give the opportunity to it.

In the official games I think I've made a few mistakes. Qualifying went well, maybe fine.
The world cup has started well. We lost against Spain but I deployed not the best players because we were already qualified.

Against the Czech Republic I think I have been very unlucky.
The best player was with bad form: we played well and dominated the match, but lost.
When I was out the world cup I was demoralized for having failed and for not being able to play with the players that I had used in the qualifying rounds.
European Championship: unfortunate the match with England. Against Poland was without defenders. The tactic did not help. Well played the match against Portugal.

In friendlies many experiments. Some good, others not.

Every tactic the felt with my club team. My players, weaker than those of Belgium, made better with the same movements.

With France we recovered some player. I tried a new tactic. We had two penalties against us, but we won 5-0. We was lucky.

I don't think I can do better. I know the players. I could improve only if I'll be luckier. I think I've been unlucky.

I understand, however, what you say, and this is the reason why I left NT for others.
I can't deny, however, that some players and this country I have left in my heart.

You're right. This was my biggest mistake. Some people (especially during the World Cup) had to help me but they have disappeared (maybe for the Christmas holidays). Definitely the staff was my biggest mistake.

If you show the willingness to impove on certain areas, i'd still vote for you.

I thank you heartily. I felt alone and the fault is my own. I asked for help to the wrong people. It is not their fault, the fault is mine that I chose them underestimating the fact not to be known.
In Italy everyone know my capable tactically. In italy there 's another way to see sokker. It doesn't matter if you've won cups with the club.

I tell you with sincerity. There are things bigger than me. If you ask ten times the skill of a player and many CT don't respond you use the player in the dark.
If you ask a coach to train stamina and in two years is not being coached, you understand that our club are more important toNY and that many coaches don't want their players risk injuries with the national team.

I don't upgrade ever players of my club because I don't want tthey play with the national team.
It's the ugly truth. I love the Belgium, I love Jaeger, Morales, Samples, Mannaerts, and many others.
I put my name in romania, but the heart is here.
Mind does not see more Belgian flag next to my name. I'm a sentimental. But my love for the Belgium leads me to think that it is better to someone who joins the community. Not one that took less than 10 votes like me the last elections.
