indeed but i think it was worst coz took red card att near to the winger .Last time we draw with same tactics but missed a lot of big chances, probably on this type of tactic one striker counts a lot.

on the bright side, you drew with Spain and Singapore should lose points along the road, so despite a 'bad' start, it's still 'easily' possible to qualify.

Never give up!!

Use high pressure against lesser teams and don't put 5 defs all the way down at our own goalie. A strong midfield is the key to victory if you have the upper hand. Your tactic was a counter tactic. That won't work against a team with 6 defensive players who play counter aswel...

My tactic is not counter attack, as u can see in 95% games we dominate the game, shots , possesion , play in the half, etc.
I used the same tactic against him, also when he played with 6 defs and then, even if we draw we had a lot of chances and only bad luck made to not get 3 points then.
Last game, problem was the red card of the striker, we remained with a winger and one striker in the other side, it was alone there, also the winger.
Anyway, shit happens, we win against Russia and should be ok.

I ment we play with 5 defensive players and too little players in the middle, which against equally strong teams won't give us the upper hand in ballposession. That means we won't make the play and will try to counter when the opponent loses the ball. In that view I stated the tactic to be a counter tactic.
If you play 1 extra mid and a high defline, we make pressureplay and may increase our chances with 200% against lesser teams like Singapore. The strikerloss cause of the red card is bad luck, but it doesn't matter in playbuilding.
