Subject: [U21] Ford Kuga

I've seen that you are a very nice community partecipating in the forums and it is very positive :)

But I would like to ask you the following question:
How much important is for the belgian users to have a youth school in your own team?

I want to make this question because the U21 team directly depends on the youth schools of a country, but creating players through this system is very expensive in sokker.

What are your opinions about this topic? :)

our core community is pretty experienced an they all have a decent youth school :) (well, I mean decent coach and 30 spots. Quality is something else)

Quality is random, quantity is useless without quality.
The only thing we advise to new players is that they are economically stable before considering a youth team. For the older users, like Vaina said, we all have a youth team and we all have magical or unearthly youth coaches! The rest is up to random ;-)

Yes, I agree totally with you. But do you think that youth school is economically convinient?

In my opinion you can have a magical or unhealthy youth coach but then the skill distribution of the players is totally random, so your investment most of times has negative returns.

I think that you mantain the youth school more for your love in the national teams rather than for your own pockets. And this is the most beatiful thing that a community can do :)

It's not economically sound for 80% of the users i guess.. But it helps making the game more enjoyable.

It doesn't matter :) The important thing is that your youth schools produce stroger player that I can use wether I will be elected :P

Yes, at least 2 seasons. But if I will do a good job I can stay also more than 2 seasons :)

I'm building up my team of scouts that will help me to update the DB if I will be elected. I've seen that someone of you are in the scout team of Pavoniana. If you want to continue your job also during my mandate I will be very happy! :)

I am happy to announce to the community that if I will be elected we will play an U20 friendly against Italy in the event also Pavo will be elected.

I think that this is a funny way to allow the community to welcome back Pavo in Belgium:)

I think that I will lose that match but this is only my opinion: the important thing is the happiness of the community :D

That is not a good way to think about the best U21 team in Sokker. You got to be motivated without being overconfident, Fact is that, if that's the case, Pavo instantly has a very hard test to try out his new team. You, on the other hand, can build further on his legacy!
