Today we’ll have our second friendly of the season and we’ll play against Paraguay U20. We still have problems in our defense and our best ATT is with low form. Our GK Kris Herman continues without update.

We had full control of the game, losing many chances of goal. The score could have been a lot more elastic. By an individual error of one of our defenders we suffered the second goal of the season. The expulsion of the Paraguayan striker did not influence our initial dominion, we were already winning and with several missed chances. But it certainly made the life of our defense a little easier. Next week we'll return to qualifying against South Africa.

For this week we'll follow the same of the last match against South Africa. The only change is that we'll not play with 3 ATT because Quentin Meysmans dropped his form to unsatisfactory. We'll start with 9 u20 players to continue the preparation for the WC. I've been finding new options for our defense and I'm betting on the evolution of some more after talking to their owners.

This week only one U21 will start playing and another enters the second half due to the problem with our U20 attackers (injury, form, training tech with mid order). I'll follow the same tactical style of the last matches for this match. We'll have another debut in our defense.

Twenty minutes before the game I received an update that I had been trying since the beginning of my work. And he played! A new option to our defense. We had three debuts today: Odwin Michiels, Sven Coupé and Divock Ciman, all in our defense. We are playing with our 4th option in the attack (Jorian Vynck), because the low form of Quentin Meysmans and the injury in the last match of Adrien Herpoel. Today Vynck was the man of the match.

At least one of those red devil combinations made it to U21
