I always make 2 substitutions, not three because one is for a possible injury.
The second substitution was for a striker, but had almost zero form and I didn't have the real updated skills.

Are you going to play the whole season with u20 players?

I'm playing against nationals under-20 and I think the problem does not subsist because we have an equal average score. We lost the match but we deserved the victory. Two errors of gk and two goals conceded. Now the mini world cup u20 with 40 participants.

Why did you change your goalkeeper?

Low stamina

I don’t like using all The subs. Like friday in my match vs Ierland. He subs 3 players and The several minutes later his goalkeeper injured himself. No subs left no GK. Unless tou have an additional order.. better one player with tragic GK then no GK. But thats only my opinion.

+ Stamina doesn't matter for a goalkeeper. His biggest run all game is at half time ...

I also think stamina is not important for a GK. I would have changed a field player. I think there are plenty of them with low stamina at that age

Ok but have you seen the 2 matches?
Our weak point is the gk, The Skills are low also.
If I have changed is only for this reason.

I think you should just use the best option available. And a GK sub will probably only be better than the one he subs if his skills and form are better in the first place...And that only means that the 2nd best GK stood in the goal in the first half...
