Despite very bad tactic from our weak coach,
when I let dominate the match and lose 2 defenders for nothing (as they didnt use wingers),
Ands the fact that we played with 10 man since 11 minute,
We finished the match 1-1 draw.

So I guess I should be happy;)

Yes I believe we did well, despite how the match wen't (the red card against us, which had a huge impact one the game) and the fact that we were up against a great team which only had one 19 yo in the start-up.

Oh and of course im' very pleased about Ivar Falck's first assist for the U-21 squad. Let there be many more.... ;-D

Hello, I'm in the Vikingo67's staff for major NT-Danmark. My opinion is that Danmark U21 is loosing a lot of points in the U21-ranking and this country must have his U21-team in an higher position that 48°.



Probably one problem is guyfink's tactics, but sure he's not doing a good job in scouting new talents.

You will make some friendly matches u-19?

No offense, but Guy Fink has done an outstanding job for our U21 NT. He was the one to start the use of NTDB. He has been scouting his ass of and he has done a really good job, with the material he had.

If you want to critize, thats fine and basically all constructiv critisisme can be used, but the points you are bring forward, are undocumented and plain wrong (IMO).

Well as you said, my last tactics wasn't good enough, and maybe if I had more time
(As I already apologies before this community before), this could be better.

Probably you never heard from me, as you dont have young Danish in your squad, but I am sure that most of the active users here that pulled or have any young talented player will tell you that I asked about him.

I try to "pull" potentials from weak coaching staff teams, and find them a buyer with top coaching staff.

Our NTDB, is updated all the time, and most of the players are updated in the last 2 month, most of them will be updated in the next 2 weeks imo.

About my scouting , after searching every 2-3 days the TA and TL, and adding interesting players to the NTDB , searching every week the dream team and the highest value players list, checking the Future NT stars in the global and Bazy zawodników form and of course following the Danish youth pull teards, I feel I make the maximum for scouting.

So I will give you some facts about our U21NT situation

Our current 20yo generation is little weak compare to same or even smaller nations right now, when most of the problem is in pace (some players getting it now) and should be fixed towards next season when the money time begin :), and if the next U21NT coach will do the hard work and qualify, he will have great players as our U19 generation looks very good, and most of the key players are in great hands :)





So I will be glad to hear from you about any scouting tool that I missed ,
and of course any sugestion for the match tactic.

It might be that he havent had the best of results, whether that being tactic or bad playerchoice, or simply to hard opponents i dont know. But you can in no way blame him for his scouting and his help in development of the youth players, he is very active on that front.

Ok, I withdraw the criticism. I was simply disappointed by noting the sad results (this is a fact) obtained by guyfink (0 wins, 3 draws and 5 losses). I think that this country should be in an higher position than the 48th place.

About scouting, put this name on your agenda if well trained he could become a beautiful GK for NT-Danmark!

guy f, is writting to me about my young players, mininum 1 time every mounth.

This week we are going to play with our U19 against Cymru,
They may need to use 3 players age 20.

Most of the trainers that have promising 19yo have got sk-mail with request to update them, but if you have players that you think that may fit and I missed them please update them too:)

Our weakness at this age is mostly in DEF, so (12) Outstanding+ DEF and (9)V.G pace have great chances to get into the squad:)

I have a 21 year old NT player from Cymru, David Seward, i think i would be funny (for me anyway) if he could play against Denmark in this match:-)

If it cloud be arranged i would be glad, if not then its just fine aswell:-)

There are some new names in the squad,
that might surprise even their coach's

I must say that beside 4-5 players in our squad that have big advantage over hier friends,
most of the others (especially in DEF) are very equal and one level in total can be the difference between a started and players from out of the squad.

I hope that those youngsters will bring us the points today
