today we will play against Venezuela with our U20,

nothing to say about our last weak match,
red card just at the start of the game to Ivar,
equal match that end scoreless,
though they miss a penalty and we some very dangerous chances :)

I believe that if they weren't using two 20yo players (one of them magical defence and incredible pace), we could win the match.

1-1 drew.

In the first half they dominate the match totally,
and had 3-4 100% chances,
but they manage to score only one goal.

In the second half,
probably due to much better stamina,
we took control of the game and after we equlize,
we have great chance to win.

What kind of insight do you have in the Danish U21-side, and everyone else, for that matter?

To me it seems, you're only complaining/critizicing the current manager without offering any suggestions as to what to do differently.

Probably he could try changing his tactics... for example using a better distribution of players on the field. In guyfink's tactics it's very common to see player overlapping and empty areas...

Again i find that your critisizm is undocument and your research is nonexcistent (or at the very best poor).

guy fink is using players aged 20 or younger, probably because he want to motivate their into training them balanced. This should help us alot next season.

This might very well be the reason he is using tactics where you see them overlapping instead of spread out "paperthin".

If you have the balls to critisize somebody so directly in public, you could at least do a litlle research.

Someone ask me a suggestion and I gave one about "tactics".
I saw all U21 matches, so I'm documented.
Overlapping is not about name selection but about player position on the field. For example you could see the movement of strikers Krintel and Johannesen in Danmark U21 - Slovensko U21 2:3.
