Hi,
For those of you who dont know me i starred in such programs as Dream Team Website, NTDB and have also starred in most English published news for the last few seasons.
I have been Scotlands U21 manager for the last 3 seasons and in that time i have enjoyed myself immensely and has been the main stay for half the programs that have been written on the dream team site.
During my time with the Scotland team i managed to get them up to rank 13 and also qualified to the main stages of the world cup. After qualification i managed to further push the team into the last 16 by beating the group leaders serbia on the final day of the season - knocking Norway out of the tournament. In the next round we played against Italy (who went on to win the tournament). If you are checking the game, you shall see, Italy were simply superior in every area of the match. Tactics, wether wrong or right wouldnt have stopped Italy winning that game.
What can i bring you?
A Danish NT Database (dont rely on the NTDB one as it will possibly close in the next 3 months).
I would aim to get Denmark higher in the rankings - for a country with over 500 users and to be ranked where you are, i would say is rather shameful (no offence to existing U21 manager intended).
Qualification from the World Cup group stages is a MUST for a country of this size.
Scouting - with the dream team site there is limited need for scouts (even in large countries). I would need help tho in gathering every weeks youth pulls who look talented.
Downside ? I can only speak/type/write English im afraid so i would see that as something which could possibly put a few of you off me.

i have found the following players who havent featured in the denmark team. There may be very valid reasons for this.

I can testify, that there are valid reasons for not including Tøger Franklin in the squad. And the team behind the U21-coach is fully aware of them, since they check up on his developement every four weeks or so.

In direct comparison to another candidate i am proposing a different setup for the Danish community.
I will require 1 person to translate English to Danish and that is it.
I run endless scripts to collect data from all of the sokker databases which allows me to pick and select the best players. If I fail then you only have me to blame. With the NTDB/DreamTeam Website & the Ultimate Scouting Tool I already have the tools in place to ensure that ALL Denmarks players are recorded quickly and easily.
Lets look at what has changed already. Height has been added to the players.
I have updated a tool called firesokker and i have updated Scotlands database to already include height. Scotlands database already has 85% of players with their height details included. Can any other country say that?
How long would it take a new manager to gather all these details and get them into a proper usable script? A lot longer than 1 week, that i can assure you. By that time your first game has passed and a height lottery would have been done i.e. manager would have no clue as to whether the height was balanced properly across the team.
The week before a friendly i will issue a small game in guess the score, the bookings and the time of the 1st goal. The winner shall get to pick the next team playing in the friendly.
What does that achieve? It gives users an insite into the U21 squad and setup. It also gives them a fresh look at who to pick, why and how to place them. Tactics will be up to the U21 manager but are dictated to by the user.
It worked well in Scotland and im sure it would work well here also.
Remember - i have the tools already in place so there is no promises or false hopes laid down.
I have the experience of how much work is involved in collating the data and making sense of it.
Its up to you - vote wisely.
