Greetings to all Danish Sokker Community.
My nickname is Davornmar and some of you already know me as a scout for the major NT-Danmark, in the staff of the legendary Vikingo67.
I decided to run for the U21-Election because I believe strongly in the power of this community, and I believe that the current position in the U21 World Ranking does not reflect the real potential.
My project, through my friendships with Vikingo67, is to create a bridge between the U21 and the senior NT-Team. Through a close collaboration between the staffs we can transform the U21 in a talent-factory in order to make stronger the major NT-Danmark in the next seasons.
Hoping to win this election, in the next days I'll ask some of you to send me the skills of some interesting young player I have identified and who never played in the U21.
If I'll not win this election, I'll be happy to deliver this work to the future U21-Coach as a contribution to the Danish Sokker Community.

Imo you need to be more specific... "to create a bridge between the U21 and the senior NT-Team" is a touchstone we have heard before. You want to "transform" the U21 squad to a "talent-factory".
As I see it, we are a small country with a limited player material. Players that are U21 material is not necessarily going to be NT-team players...
So what are exactly your plans to achieve that goal?

First thanks for your interest and for the competence of your questions. I'll try to be concise by words... only facts at the end will be important.

I'm in the staff of NT-Danmark, you know, and I can tell you that in this moment there's no collaboration between NT-U21 Staff and NT-Senior Staff. Collaboration could simply mean the exchange of informations and ideas about players, tactics, matches, friendlies and initiatives to involve the community. This doesn't currently exist, and I think that by my friendship with Vikingo67 this could happen.

You're a medium country only about number of users (i think between 20° and 30° position) but very competent in player training. It seems to me, that we are going to have a strong team for the upcomming WC... then just you confirm that you've NOT a limited player material. Some of these players after 21 years are often forgotten because there is no communication between the staffs: according to me Josef Melchiorsen (only 23 years old) is the 4th best Danish striker, and after his appearances in U21 for 2 seasons has inexplicably disappeared from the national group. I believe that with an integrated staff, better with scouts working both for NT-U21 and NT-Senior, this would not happen.

This team has got the right players to have no problems in the next WC-Qualification. Sure I'll change the actual tactics, using maximum 4 defenders, trying to play on both side wings and with 2 wide strikers in order to have more possibilities in offensive passing.

Ok, this last week of campaign I want to speak about the technical staff which will support me in this adventure (if I'll win the election).
The CT-U21's job is hard, I am consciously, because every week could arrive new unknown talents and the known players could pop up very quickly.
In Italy we have the culture of large and competent staff, with specific and dedicated roles. Our U21 won the WC with a staff of 7/8 people.
I propose you a staff, now more simple with 3/4 people, composed as follows:
1 Vice-CT: he will support the CT studying the opponents, and choosing tactics and the best players for each match.
2/3 Scouts: they will support the CT searching new talents and updating known players.
Names? I could give you the names of some Italian users, but I think that a local staff can better contribute to the involvement of your community.
I have already identified a Danish user (no name for now) with the expertise and the enthusiasm necessary to face this adventure. If anyone of you believes could help us, please contact me by skmail.
