Subject: U21 - valgtråd / election thread

good to hear. As the history of users is pretty rubbish on sokker - have you ever been an u21 manager? It is a lot different from bothering with an NT - for example - as NT scout you probably did about 1 hours work per week (maybe even less). With U21 players you have umpteen players to keep tabs on each week. For example - last week i sent out 48 sk mails asking for updates on players for Scotland. Scaling that up to Denmark totals you are talking about somewhere in the region of 200+ skmails. This is pretty darn easy with the NTDB but i doubt its very easy with excel and google.

Sending skmails is not a problem but the job of a structured NT-Staff, probably you worked alone. Than you asked "when the NTDB is taken off the air" (it often happens), and my answer is that there are other possibilities. So, if I'll have time in the next holydays, I'll make you see a new test NTDB made by MySQL ;-)

thats good to know. You make good promises with no real conviction (if i have time). Im curious as to why you havent made one already when the ntdb threatened to go off the air completely a few months back. But hey maybe you didnt have the time back then and maybe just maybe your making idle promises now. Who knows ;)

there is no spamming - this is the thread that candidates should be questioning each other as we are not allowed to bump our own threads and indeed ask each other questions in them either.

I really think that your community needs more involvement than now, it's the reason why I suggested, in my election thread, a local NT-Staff with a local Vice-CT.

Very inexperienced at management and tactics imo.

actually my campaign is based on me and highlighting the issues with any other candidate - thats what elections are about. Now its time to find some sleaze on you :D

In Italy (one of the biggest sokker community) Election Forums, only users could make questions to the candidates. Candidate to candidate is possible only by mod's permission. Your attitude demonstrates the usefulness of these rules.

If you do get the job i only hope your skin gets thicker when you lose a game and the knives are out from the community.

what nonsense? pointing out that one of the candidates is a very new user, with limited experience is a valid argument, and might be important information for the ones who haven't noticed..
